In dieser Rolle werde ich zur Weiterentwicklung von Softwarelösungsprodukten beitragen und zu einer wichtigen Ansprechperson für Themen rund um User Support Tools.
Das macht diese Aufgabe für mich interessant: Die Elia Group (50Hertz & Elia) steht an der Spitze der Energiewende. Um die komplexen Anforderungen an den Netzausbau und den Netzbetrieb zu erfüllen, benötigen die Kolleg*innen effiziente sowie zugängliche Systeme, um unterschiedlichste Ressourcen anzufragen, und Unterstützung zu verschiedenen Fragestellungen zu erhalten.
In diesem Zusammenhang werde ich eine wichtige Rolle als Spezialist*in innerhalb des Produktteams "Digitaler Arbeitsplatz - Benutzersupport" und gegenüber anderen internen Stakeholdern innerhalb des Unternehmens einnehmen und einen wichtigen Transformationsprozess begleiten. Hier kann ich mich für eine nahtlose Support-Erfahrung einsetzen (Aktuell wird der Ivanti Service Manager genutzt).
Meine Aufgaben:
- Umsetzung/Entwicklung von funktionalen und technischen Kundenanforderungen durch Konfiguration oder Skripterstellung im Anwender-Support-Tool Ivanti,
- Sicherstellung des Betriebs und der Softwarewartung zusammen mit dem Produktteam,
- Beratung der Hauptnutzer in Fragen des IT-Service-Managements und der besten Praktiken bei der Nutzung des Tools,
- Unterstützung bei der Schulung der Endbenutzer,
- Teilnahme an Testaktivitäten der Neuentwicklungen und Konfigurationen innerhalb des Teams und mit den Anwendern,
- Initiierung von und Beteiligung an Weiterentwicklungen und Verbesserungen der Software,
- Laufende Unterstützung bei der Integration der Software in die Anwendungs- und Systemlandschaft der Elia-Gruppe.
Mein Profil:
- Hochschulabschluss im Bereich Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik oder vergleichbar,
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung mit und aktuelle Kenntnisse von Tools für das Servicemanagement, vorzugsweise Ivanti Service Manager,
- Kenntnisse des ITIL-basierten Servicemanagements,
- Fundierte Erfahrung in Planung, Entwicklung, Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung von Anwendungen oder Softwaresystemen (Standard- oder Individualsoftware),
- Gutes Verständnis für agile Methoden,
- Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Reisen, auch ins Ausland nach Belgien,
- Sprachen: Deutsch und Englisch (mindestens C1.
Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil:
- Kenntnisse ähnlicher Service-Management-Tools wie Service Now oder Zendesk,
- Erfahrung mit MS SQL, Java Script, SOAP und REST API,
- Erfahrungen im IT-Betriebsmanagement,
- Niederländisch und / oder Französisch.

Behind the Scenes
As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.
