Im Rahmen deines dualen Studiums lernst und trägst du dazu bei, …
- Aktiv an allen Phasen einer Produktentwicklung teilhaben: Ideenfindung, Softwareentwicklung, Testing und Inbetriebnahme,
- Eng mit unterschiedlichen Produktteams zusammenzuarbeiten,
- Moderne und innovative Technologien sowie Unternehmensprozesse zu verstehen,
- Projekte agil zu managen und kleinere Projekte eigenständig zu übernehmen,
- und an Software-Entwicklungsprojekten mitzuwirken.
In enger Abstimmung mit dir und zum Ausbauen deiner Stärken sowie mit Blick auf deine Theorie suchen wir individuell und gemeinsam die bestmöglichen Einsatzbereiche für dich. So findest du bei uns heraus, in welchem Bereich du nach dem Studium gerne durchstarten möchtest. Freue dich auf Abwechslung in jeder Praxisphase, eine*n unterstützende*n Mentor*in und auf eine Menge neues Wissen. Innerhalb deines 3-jährigen dualen Studiums wechselst du zwischen den Praxisphasen bei 50Hertz und unserem Kooperationspartner der Technischen Hochschule Wildau.
Dein Profil
- Abitur oder passende Fachhochschulreife mit (bevorstehendem) gutem bis sehr gutem Abschluss,
- Interesse an der Energiewende und Spaß im professionellen Umgang mit den modernen Kommunikationsmitteln sowie IT,
- Motivation, Neues zu lernen und Verantwortung für erste eigene Projekte zu übernehmen,
- Pflichtbewusstsein, strukturierte Herangehensweise und Eigeninitiative,
- Ein ausgeprägtes Interesse an informationstechnischen Themen,
- Analytisches Denkvermögen und sehr gutes mathematisches Verständnis,
- Gute bis sehr gute Kenntnisse der deutschen Sprache in Wort und Schrift.

Who are we?
We are 50Hertz – one of the four transmission system operators (TSO) in Germany. Together with the Belgian electricity grid operator Elia (Brussels), we form the internationally active Elia Group. At 50Hertz, over 2,100 employees ensure that electricity flows over long distances reliably, with minimal loss, and optimally managed. As a TSO, we play a central role in the implementation of the energy transition from a technical and economic perspective, acting as a facilitator. Our goal is to integrate 100 percent renewable energy into the grid and system securely and affordably by 2032.

A job with a future
As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.
