Agiere dabei als zentrale Schnittelle zwischen allen relevanten Stakeholdern, damit wir trotz hochkomplexer Daten innerhalb unseres Stromnetzes den Geschäftsanforderungen und uns vorgegebenen Regularien gerecht werden können. Meine Aufgaben
- Entwicklung von einheitlichen Vorgaben und standardisierten Vorgehensweisen im Kontext des Datenmanagements (innerhalb der Systemführung),
- Implementierung und Prüfung der Einhaltung von Data Governance Policies,
- Gesamtheitliche Sicherstellung von Datenqualität, -verfügbarkeit, -auffindbarkeit, -nutzbarkeit, -wiederverwendbarkeit und -integrität über alle Prozesse und Produkte hinweg (in Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Daten- und Prozessrollen),
- Support bei der Entwicklung von skalierbaren Data Mesh Architekturen und wiederverwendbaren Daten Produkten,
- Single Point of Contact bei Fragestellungen hinsichtlich Data Governance,
- Synchronisation von Unternehmensvorgaben, Regularien und Gesetzen durch gezieltes Stakeholdermanagement und Zusammenarbeit mit 50Hertz internen und externen Mitarbeitenden.
Meine Kompetenzen
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Informatik, Elektrotechnik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Ingenieurswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen Regenerative Energien, Physik, Mathematik oder vergleichbare Studiengänge,
- Hohes Maß an Koordinations-, Moderations und Überzeugungsfähigkeit zwischen verschiedenen Stakeholdern (auch auf Managementebene),
- Analytisches und strategisches Denkvermögen und ein hohes Maß an Selbständigkeit und Eigeninitiative,
- Erfahrung als Data Governance Experte/Expertin oder in ähnliches Rollen,
- Idealerweise Erfahrung mit Datentechnologien (insb. Apache Kafka & Schemaverwaltung, APIs, Datenbanken (SQL), Dashboarding),
- Sprachen: Deutsch (fließend-C1), Englisch (verhandlungssicher -B2).
Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil:
- Idealerweise gute Kenntnisse im Umfeld der Energiebranche (bspw. bei einem Netzbetreiber),
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit dem Common Information Model (CIM) im Common Grid Model Exchange Standard (CGMES),
- Idealerweise Erfahrungen mit Data Mesh Konzepten und Architekturen (Data Contracts, Data Products, etc).

Who are we?
We are 50Hertz – one of the four transmission system operators (TSO) in Germany. Together with the Belgian electricity grid operator Elia (Brussels), we form the internationally active Elia Group. At 50Hertz, over 2,100 employees ensure that electricity flows over long distances reliably, with minimal loss, and optimally managed. As a TSO, we play a central role in the implementation of the energy transition from a technical and economic perspective, acting as a facilitator. As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.
