Dann übernimm die Verantwortung als Domain Data Engineer – Power Grid & System Operations und sorge zusammen mit anderen Datenexpert*innen für die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unserer Datenintegrationsprozesse. Dazu gehören das Design, die Implementierung und die Wartung von (teil)automatisierten Data Pipelines, um unsere Kernprozesse mit konsistenten und qualitativ hochwertigen Daten zu versorgen. Hilf uns mit deiner Expertise dabei, eine einheitliche Datenstrategie zu erarbeiten und optimiere unsere Datenflüsse für ein sicheres Stromnetz von morgen. Lass uns gemeinsam die hochkomplexen Daten innerhalb unseres Übertragungsnetzes managen und 50Hertz dazu verhelfen die Strategie „100 Prozent bis 2032: Bezahlbare Energie für eine starke Wirtschaft“ zu erreichen.

Deine Aufgaben
- Integration und Verwaltung von IT- und OT-Daten (im Kontext SCADA-System, Assets, Fernwirktechnik/ -adressen und anderen Netzkomponenten) zur Gewährleistung von Datenkonsistenz und -qualität in unseren Systemen,
- Erstellung, Nutzung und Weiterentwicklung von Datenmodellen für die Stromnetzlandschaft, um Informationen effektiv zu organisieren und nachhaltig nutzen zu können,
- Schnittstellentätigkeit zwischen operativem Datenmanagement (mit Domänenwissen einer Systemführung/Energiewirtschaft) und unseren Projekten und/oder der Produktentwicklung,
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachexpert*innen der Systemführung zur Ermittlung, Analyse und Integration von internen und externen Daten(-anforderungen) zur Entwicklung effizienter Datenpipelines,
- Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung bestehender Datenintegrationsprozesse, Methoden und Vorgehensmodelle in Bezug auf Data Engineering,
- Umsetzung und Mitgestaltung einer einheitlichen Datenstrategie,
- Potenzielle Teilnahme in nationalen und europäischen Gremien und Arbeitsgruppen.
Deine Kompetenzen
- Abgeschlossenes Studium mit Bezug zur Informations- und Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbare Studiengänge,
- Interesse an komplexen Datenflüssen und deren Zusammenhänge mit ihren elektrotechnischen Grundlagen (idealerweise im Kontext Übertragungs- und Verteilnetze),
- Analytisches und strategisches Denkvermögen, ein hohes Maß an Selbständigkeit und Eigeninitiative,
- Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Überzeugungskraft, Teamfähigkeit und eine ausgeprägte soziale Kompetenz,
- Umgang mit einer offenen Fehler- und Feedbackkultur,
- Kenntnisse: Python, SQL, RegEx,
- Vertrautheit mit gängigen Datenformaten und Protokollen (bspw. JSON, XML, CSV, REST APIs etc.),
- Sprachen: Deutsch (Verhandlungssicher, C1), Englisch (fließend, B2).
Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil:
- Kenntnisse in der Entwicklung und der produktiven Nutzung von Datenmodellen im Umfeld der Energiebranche, idealerweise bei einem Netzbetreiber,
- Vorerfahrung im Bereich Stammdatenmanagement für SCADA/EMS/Netzbetreiberumfeld,
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit dem Common Information Model (CIM) im Common Grid Model Exchange Standard (CGMES) und UCTE Daten-Formaten,
- Erfahrung mit ELT/ETL-Frameworks, CI/CD, Deployment im Kubernetes Umfeld mit Azure, Docker Container, Streaming-Architekturen und Technologien wie Apache Kafka,
- Kenntnisse zu Tools für Linting, Formatting oder Static Type Checking,
- Idealerweise Erfahrung mit Lastflussrechnungen und Netzanalysen in elektrischen Netzen mit Hilfe von beispielsweise PowerFactory, Pandapower, Integral oder Neplan.

As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.
