Ich strukturiere, plane und koordiniere Fachtests, verbinde Fachbereiche, Projekte und IT, und sorge für die praxisnahe, zuverlässige und nutzerfreundliche Einführung neuer Systeme.
Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant: Ich arbeite nah an den Projekten und Produkten, die die Energiewende in Deutschland und Europa ermöglichen. Ich bin direkt an der Schnittstelle zwischen neue Technologien und Anwender*innen tätig und gestalte aktiv mit, wie neue Lösungen in die Systemführung von 50Hertz eingeführt werden. Dabei verbinde ich technisches Verständnis mit Organisationstalent und Kommunikation und stelle sicher, dass unsere Produkte in der Realität genauso überzeugen wie der Prototype.
In der Digitalisierung der Systemführung arbeiten wir an spannenden Projekten und Produkten der Zukunft, wie z.B. MMCS.
Meine Aufgaben:
- Strukturierung, Planung und Koordination der User Acceptance Tests (UAT) mit Fachbereichen, Projekten und Produktteams,
- Aufbau klarer Testprozesse, Standards und Vorlagen für eine konsistente Testdurchführung,
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Product Ownern, Projektleiter*innen und Anwender*innen (u.a. System Operatoren) zur Definition von Testfällen und –szenarien,
- Koordination und Moderation von Testdurchläufen sowie Dokumentation und Nachverfolgung von Ergebnissen,
- Sicherstellung von Transparenz und Klarheit bei Testfortschritt, Risiken und Abnahmen,
- Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von Testmethoden und –tools, um Fachtests/ Business Testing effizient und modern zu gestalten,
- Austausch und Alignment mit Schnittstellen-Testing (u.a. mit Software-Testing und Testing Gilde).
Meine Kompetenzen:
- Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Mathematik/ Statistik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung,
- Erfahrung im Bereich User Acceptance Testing, Qualitätssicherung oder Testmanagement mit nachweislichen Erfolgen,
- Fähigkeit komplexe technische Sachverhalte verständlich aufzubereiten und zwischen Fach- und IT-Sprache zu übersetzen,
- Technikaffinität und Interesse an neuen Technologien sowie modernen Testingstrategien (u.a. Testautomatisierung),
- Enabler-Mindset: Freude daran, Teams zu unterstützen, zu strukturieren und für klare Abläufe zu sorgen,
- Verständnis für Anwender*innen und ihre Anforderungen als Grundlage für eine anwendungsorientierte Testgestaltung,
- Erfahrung in der Energiebranche oder im Betrieb von kritischen Infrastrukturen,
- Organisationstalent: strukturiert, proaktiv und lösungsorientiert,
- Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern,
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1).
Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil:
- Erfahrung mit Testmanagement Tools (z.B. Jira, Xray, TestRail, Cypress, Playwright),
- Grundkenntnisse in Testautomatisierung und/ oder Schnittstellen-Testing,
- Kenntnisse in agilen Methoden (Scrum, SAFe),
- Verständnis von Energiemanagementprozessen oder Stromnetzbetrieb.

As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas.
