Meine Aufgaben
- Leitung und Moderation von Co-Creation-Workshops zur Förderung nutzerzentrierter Produktentwicklung,
- Strategische Ausrichtung der UX über mehrere Produkte hinweg unter Einbeziehung von Research, Designstandards und Business-Zielen,
- Gestaltung und Optimierung komplexer Nutzererlebnisse durch Wireframes, Prototypen und UI-Designs,
- Aufbau und Pflege eines skalierbaren Designsystems (z. B. in Figma) zur Sicherstellung von Konsistenz,
- Mentoring von UX-Kolleg*innen sowie Förderung einer Feedback- und Lernkultur im Team.
Meine Kompetenzen
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, UX Design, Industrial/Product Design oder vergleichbare Qualifikation,
- Min. 5 Jahre Erfahrung in UX-Design sowie ausgeprägte UX-Design-Kompetenz für komplexe Softwarelösungen,
- Sicherer Umgang mit Figma und gängigen Designmethoden,
- Fundierte Erfahrung in der interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit sowie in der Moderation von Workshops,
- Strategisches Denken mit Fokus auf Nutzerbedürfnisse, kontinuierliche Verbesserung und hohe Detailgenauigkeit,
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten,
- Sehr gute Deutsch- (C1) und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (C1).
Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil:
- Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen im Energie- und/oder Versorgungssektor.

As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.
