Ich steuere die Projektpriorisierung und Ressourcenplanung im IT-Portfolio und gestalte Prozesse aktiv mit.
Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant: 50Hertz engagiert sich seit Langem für die
Energiewende. Damit steigen die Anforderungen an die digitale Steuerbarkeit im Netzbetrieb deutlich.
Im Bereich Märkte- und Systembetrieb gilt es daher, zahlreiche Digitalisierungsinitiativen eng
miteinander zu verzahnen. Als IT-Portfoliomanagerin koordiniere ich die Projektplanung und -
priorisierung im Austausch mit vielfältigen Stakeholdern. Die Rolle bietet mir eine spannende
Schnittstelle zwischen Fachbereichen vor Ort, der IT und den beteiligten Geschäftsbereichen unserer
Muttergesellschaft in Belgien. Ich gestalte Prozesse eigenständig, treibe die Digitalisierung aktiv
voran und unterstütze Kolleg*innen mit meinem Know-how – so trage ich zum Erfolg unserer Projekte
bei.
Meine Aufgaben:
- Intensives Stakeholdermanagement: Koordination von Ressourcen- und Budgeteinsatz,
- Prozessgestaltung und -umsetzung: Aktive Mitgestaltung der Portfolioplanungsprozesse,
- Priorisierung: Koordination und Priorisierung von Projekten,
- Optimierung: Identifikation und nachhaltiges Schließen von Prozess- und
Verantwortungslücken, - Wissensvermittlung: Schulung und Unterstützung der beteiligten Personen in meinem
Portfolio, - Präsentation: Auswertungen zu Fortschritten, Kosten und Ressourcenaufwänden.
Meine Kompetenzen:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschafts- oder Ingenieurswissenschaften, (Wirtschafts-)
Informatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation, - Erfahrungen im Enterprise-Portfoliomanagement bzw. Projekt-/Produktmanagement,
idealerweise im Kontext großer Unternehmen, - Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie die Kompetenz, komplexe Zusammenhänge
schnell zu erfassen, adressatengerecht aufzubereiten und Konflikte konstruktiv zu
moderieren, - Ausgeprägte Selbstständigkeit, Hands-on-Mentalität und hohe technische Affinität,
- Verhandlungssicheres Englisch (C1).
Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil:
- Energiewirtschaftliches Grundwissen,
- Französische oder niederländische Sprachkenntnisse,
- Innovationsfähigkeit und Erfahrungen im Umgang mit LowCode-Entwicklungsumgebungen
wie PowerBI, PowerApps oder Python, z.B. zur Erstellung von Dashboards.

As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.

As a Communication Scientist, I have transitioned into the IT sector from a different field.
