Lass uns gemeinsam die hochkomplexen Daten innerhalb unseres Übertragungsnetzes managen und 50Hertz dazu verhelfen die Strategie „100 Prozent bis 2032: Bezahlbare Energie für eine starke Wirtschaft“ zu erreichen.

Deine Aufgaben:
- (Konzept-) Entwicklung von Datenarchitekturen und Netzmodellen für den Netzbetrieb und die Betriebsplanung,
- Sicherstellen einer nachhaltigen und konsistenten Datenqualität und damit den Erfolg unserer Kernprozesse,
- Zusammenarbeit mit den Spezialist*innen in der Systemführung zur Ermittlung, Analyse, Abstimmung und Integration von internen und externen Anforderungen,
- Umsetzung und Mitgestaltung einer einheitlichen Datenstrategie im Kontext der Data Governance,
- Je nach Einsatzfeld die Simulation verschiedener Szenarien in Netzdatensätzen durch Manipulation der Eingangsdaten, Modellierung sowie Auswertung mit Hilfe von Datenanalysen und Data Science (Nutzung von KI),
- Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung bestehender Methoden, Vorgehensmodelle und Schnittstellen in Bezug auf Datenarchitekturen und Netzmodelle,
- Teilnahme in nationalen und europäischen Gremien und Arbeitsgruppen.
Meine Kompetenzen
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Informatik, Elektrotechnik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Ingenieurswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Regenerative Energien, Physik, Mathematik oder vergleichbare Studiengänge,
- Interesse an komplexen Datenstrukturen und deren Zusammenhänge mit ihren elektrotechnischen Grundlagen (idealerweise im Kontext Übertragungs- und Verteilnetze),
- Analytisches und strategisches Denkvermögen, ein hohes Maß an Selbständigkeit und Eigeninitiative,
- Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Überzeugungskraft, Teamfähigkeit und eine ausgeprägte soziale Kompetenz,
- Umgang mit einer offenen Fehler- und Feedbackkultur,
- Sprachen: Deutsch (verhandlungssicher, C1), Englisch (fließend, B2).
Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil:
- Kenntnisse in der Entwicklung und der produktiven Nutzung von Netzmodellen im Umfeld der Energiebranche, idealerweise bei einem Netzbetreiber,
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit dem Common Information Model (CIM) im Common Grid Model Exchange Standard (CGMES),
- Erfahrung mit Lastflussrechnungen in elektrischen Netzen mit Hilfe von beispielsweise PowerFactory, Pandapower, Integral oder Neplan,
- Idealerweise Kenntnisse im Bereich Data Science und KI.

As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.
