Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant: Vor dem Hintergrund einer wachsenden Anzahl leistungselektronischer Betriebsmittel, der Höherauslastung des Netzes und der Einführung kurativer Betriebsweisen, des Wegfalls von Kohlekraftwerken, der Einführung neuer Technologien und der weiteren Zunahme von EE-Einspeisungen stellt die Systemstabilität und somit das Schutzkonzept und die zugehörigen Einstellungen eine besondere Herausforderung dar. Als Schnittstelle zwischen Asset-Management und operativer Systemführung habe ich hier die Möglichkeit, Konzepte und Assistenzsystem zu entwickeln, die Qualität zu sichern und die Fehleranalyse verbessern. Am Ende steht immer die Frage: Einschaltversuch oder kein Einschaltversuch.


Meine Aufgaben

  • Durchführung von Netzberechnungen (stationär, RMS & EMT) und Bewertung der Richtigkeit der Ergebnisse im Netzleitsystem und durch Analyse von Störfällen im Übertragungsnetz,
  • Konzeptionierung von Vorgaben an Netzschutzeinrichtungen,
  • Regelmäßige Qualitätssicherung der Schutzeinstellparameter im AC und DC-Netz aus Sicht der Systemführung, Umsetzung der Anforderungen für Special Protection Schemes (SpPS) und Optimizer-Funktionalitäten im Kurzzeitbereich sowie Erarbeitung der Einstellvorgaben,
  • Entwicklung von Assistenzsystem im Zuge unseres Leitsystemprojekts „MCCS“.


Meine Kompetenzen 

  • Mit Master oder Diplom abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Elektrotechnik/ Energietechnik,
  • Systemverständnis für elektrische Energiesysteme und Kenntnisse der Schutzprinzipien im Übertragungsnetz,
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Netzberechnung mit PowerFactory, PSCAD, PandaPower oder Integral,
  • Versierter Umgang mit MS-Office,
  • Sprachen: Deutsch mindestens C1, Englisch mindestens B2.


Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil:

  • Grundkenntnisse in der Stationsautomatisierung, der Netzwerk- und Nachrichtenübertragungstechnik,
  • Versierter Umgang mit Diagnose- und Parametriersoftware, DIgSILENT Stationware.

We are 50Hertz – one of the four transmission system operators (TSO) in Germany. Together with the Belgian electricity grid operator Elia (Brussels), we form the internationally active Elia Group. As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.
