Ich werde Teil der Digitalisierung der Systemführung und bringe mich bei der Durchführung von Projekten zur Umsetzung der Energiewende ein.
Das macht den Job für mich interessant: Hierbei stehe ich nicht an der Seitenlinie und schaue zu, sondern ich gestalte aktiv das Projektmanagement mit und habe zugleich die Möglichkeit meine Ideen und Impulse umzusetzen.
Deine Aufgaben:
- Du wirkst aktiv an der Entwicklung unserer Project Management Guidance mit, erfasst und vereinheitlichst bestehende Methoden und Tools und bringst Ideen für neue Ansätze ein,
- Du bist Teil der Project Support Community und unterstützt den agilen Transformationsprozess und trägst dazu bei, dass ein zuverlässiger Project
Support sichergestellt wird, - Du unterstützt bei administrativen Aufgaben, nutzt MS-Office sicher und setzts deine PowerPoint-Skills gekonnt für überzeugende Präsentationen ein,
- Du organisierst Workshops und übernimmst die Vor- sowie Nacharbeit dieser, um Nachhaltige Ergebnisse sicherzustellen.
Wir ergeben ein Match, wenn…
- du dein Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Ingenieurwissenschaften oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs engagiert verfolgst und das Grundstudium bereits abgeschlossen hast,
- du über ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke verfügst, auch in komplexen Situationen einen kühlen Kopf bewahrst und pragmatische Lösungen findest,
- du dich durch eine sorgfältige und präzise Arbeitsweise auszeichnest,
- du mit Kommunikationsstärke und Problemlösungsfähigkeit überzeugst,
- du die gängigen MS-Office-Programme hervorragend beherrschst,
- du sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C2) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse (B2) in Wort und Schrift mitbringst.

As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.
