Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant: Du sammelst relevante Informationen zu laufenden und geplanten Projekten, ob intern im Unternehmen oder extern bei nationalen und internationalen Partnern und nutzt diese im Team, um komplexe Sachverhalte zu analysieren und Entscheidungen zu treffen. Du berätst alle Beteiligten bei der Planung, Koordinierung und zeitlichen Einordnung von Ausschaltungen, bewertest die Machbarkeit mittels Netzberechnungsanalysen und findest innovative Lösungen, um alle Interessen zusammenzubringen. Deine Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sind hier ebenso erfolgskritisch wie dein ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent, dein Systemverständnis und deine Entscheidungsfähigkeit.
Meine Aufgaben
- Kontinuierliche Kommunikation mit allen Partnern – hausintern sowie extern,
- Koordinieren und Priorisieren der Ausschaltanforderungen im 50Hertz-Netz für die folgenden Monate und das folgende Jahr sowie auch kurzfristig notwendige Ausschaltungen,
- Bindeglied zwischen langfristiger Ausschaltplanung und den Ingenieur*innen im Control Center der 50Hertz,
- Aktive Mitgestaltung der Prozess- und Toolweiterentwicklungen, die mir und dem Team bei der Koordination von Ausschaltanforderungen oder deren Dokumentation helfen,
- Durchführung von Netzanalysen zur Bewertung von Netztopologien bei unterschiedlichen Kombinationen von Ausschaltungen.
Meine Kompetenzen
- Abgeschlossenes Master- oder Diplomstudium der Elektrotechnik / Energietechnik oder verwandter Fachdisziplinen,
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Wort und Schrift,
- Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für elektrische Energiesysteme,
- Kenntnisse der Netz- und Systemanalyse und Optimierungsverfahren (z. B. Integral, Pandapower, DIgSILENT Power Factory),
- Sprachen: Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (C1), fließende Englischkenntnisse (B2).
Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil:
- Kenntnisse zu effizienter Datenhaltung,
- Affinität den Arbeitsalltag durch eigene Skripte effizienter zu gestalten,
- Führerschein (Klasse B).

Who are we?
We are 50Hertz – one of the four transmission system operators (TSO) in Germany. Together with the Belgian electricity grid operator Elia (Brussels), we form the internationally active Elia Group. At 50Hertz, over 2,100 employees ensure that electricity flows over long distances reliably, with minimal loss, and optimally managed. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas.
