Ich verwalte, steuere und optimiere die Vertragsangelegenheiten mit unseren Partnern für einen sicheren Betrieb des Stromnetzes. Ich setze damit Grundbausteine für die Netzführung der Zukunft.
Das macht diese Stelle für mich interessant: Bei 50Hertz arbeite ich eng mit unterschiedlichen Spezialisten*innen sowie Projekt- und Produktteams zusammen. Ich erwerbe dabei ein breites Spektrum an Wissen im Kontext der digitalen Transformation und des Systembetriebs der Zukunft. Als zentrale Ansprechpartner*in für ein erfolgreiches Vertragsmanagement bin ich essenzielle*r Akteur*in für den Erfolg von 50Hertz.
Meine Aufgaben:
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung, Analyse, Verhandlung und Verwaltung von Verträgen mit unseren Partnern (Stromnetz) im Kontext der Systemführung,
- Beratung zu möglichen Chancen und Risiken des jeweiligen Geschäftsabschlusses durch die Analyse vertraglicher Aspekte sowie durch die Erarbeitung alternativer Vertragslösungen,
- Ansprechpartner*in für Fragestellungen mit Bezug auf Vertragsstrukturen und geltende rechtliche Rahmenbedingungen,
- Fachliche Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit fachlichen Expert*innen, Ansprechpartner*innen aus dem Kundenmanagement und der Rechtsabteilung,
- Unterstützung bei der stetigen Ausarbeitung von effizienten Workflows für das Vertragsmanagement in der Systemführung.
Meine Kompetenzen:
- Mit Master oder Diplom abgeschlossenes Studium in Rechtswissenschaft, Betriebswirtschaft oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen,
- Verhandlungsgeschick sowie Durchsetzungsvermögen, Teamfähigkeit und hohe Einsatzbereitschaft,
- Fähigkeit, unter Beachtung der gesetzten Vorgaben und erforderlichen Prozesse, einen im Sinne der Unternehmensziele optimierten Lösungsansatz zu erarbeiten,
- Fähigkeit, juristische Bewertungen einfach und überzeugend darzustellen sowie operative Notwendigkeiten mit juristischen Anforderungen in Einklang zu bringen,
- Leistungs- und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hoher analytischer Kompetenz,
- Hohes Maß an Lernbereitschaft und Bereitschaft sich in aktuelle/neue Themen einzuarbeiten,
- Sehr gute deutsche (C1) und gute englische (B2) Sprachkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift,
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office.
Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil:
- Gute und erprobte Kenntnisse im juristischen Vertragsbereich.

Who are we?
We are 50Hertz – one of the four transmission system operators (TSO) in Germany. Together with the Belgian electricity grid operator Elia (Brussels), we form the internationally active Elia Group. At 50Hertz, over 2,100 employees ensure that electricity flows over long distances reliably, with minimal loss, and optimally managed. As a TSO, we play a central role in the implementation of the energy transition from a technical and economic perspective, acting as a facilitator. Our goal is to integrate 100 percent renewable energy into the grid and system securely and affordably by 2032.

As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.
