Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant: 50Hertz engagiert sich seit langem für die Energiewende. In meiner Rolle als Digitalisierungsmanager*in helfe ich den Teams, schnelle und effiziente und gleichzeitig IT- konforme digitale Lösungen für tägliche Prozesse zu entwickeln. In dieser spannenden und herausfordernden Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen den Fachbereichen und der IT kann ich eine der wichtigsten Digitalisierungsplattformen aktiv und selbstständig gestalten und damit einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Energiewende beitragen.
Meine Aufgaben:
- Fachliche Leitung des Produktteams für die Agile Apps Plattform (Framework für Python-Webanwendungen auf Basis von OpenShift),
- Koordination von Anforderungen zwischen Fachbereichen und IT, z. B. bei der Nutzung von Cloud-Services wie Databricks für Datenanalyse und Machine Learning inklusive Einholung der Zusagen zur Einhaltung einheitlicher Sicherheits- und Rechtekonzepte,
- Entwicklung von Trainings und Wissensmanagement im Bereich Self-Service und moderner IT-Tools.
Meine Kompetenzen:
- Abgeschlossenes Master- / Diplomstudium in Fachrichtung (Wirtschafts-) Informatik, (Wirtschafts-) Ingenieurwissen oder naturwissenschaftliches Studium mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation,
- Erfahrung mit Python zur Datenanalyse und Entwicklung einfacher Anwendungen im energiewirtschaftlichen Umfeld,
- Gute Fachkenntnisse im Design effizienter IT-Prozesse,
- Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Hands-On Mentalität zur Durchsetzung pragmatischer Lösungen in Abstimmung mit der IT,
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (C1).
Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil:
- Kenntnisse über den Betrieb elektrischer Stromnetze,
- Erfahrung im Bereich Self-Service und Citizen-Development,
- Programmiererfahrung.

As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.

As a Communication Scientist, I have transitioned into the IT sector from a different field.
