Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant: Durch das Einbringen kreativer Lösungsansätze im Kontext betrieblicher Innovation und den Einsatz künstlicher Intelligenz leiste ich einen Beitrag zur effizienten Weiterentwicklung der operativen Betriebsprozesse. In meinem Themenbereich habe ich Gestaltungsspielraum, verschiedene Technologien durch Pilotprojekte zu erproben und bringe so aktiv die digitale Transformation des Netzbetriebs voran.


Meine Aufgaben

  • Erfassung, Analyse und Priorisierung netzbetrieblicher Anforderungen im Rahmen der internen oder externen Entwicklung von KI-Lösungen und darauf basierend die Definition einer ambitionierten Strategie zum Einsatz von KI in operativen Betriebsprozessen,
  • Anlaufstelle für digitale Innovationsideen im Netzbetrieb, methodische Begleitung technischer Innovationsideen sowie Identifikation und Bewertung digitaler Ideen zur kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung von Betriebs- und Instandhaltungsprozessen im Netzbetrieb,
  • Initiierung und Steuerung von Digitalisierungsprojekten und Schnittstelle zu möglichen Umsetzungskanälen bis hin zur Überführung der entwickelten Lösung in den Netzbetrieb,
  • Identifikation externer Digitallösung mit Innovationscharakter und Initiierung sowie Steuerung und Validierung von Pilotprojekten mit externen Partner,
  • Teilnahme an nationalen und internationalen Projekten im Kontext „Digitalisierung Instandhaltung" und Steuerung zugewiesener Arbeitspakete.   


Meine Kompetenzen 

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium (Master/Diplom) in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation,
  • Erfahrung in der Leitung von IT-Projekten (von der Initiierung über die Planung bis zur Umsetzung) vorzugsweise in einem agilen Umfeld,
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in digitalen Technologien und aktuellen Trends sowie grundlegendes Verständnis von KI-Technologien und deren Einsatz in betrieblichen Prozessen,
  • Analytische und kommunikative Stärke: Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte zu erfassen, strukturiert zu analysieren und verständlich gegenüber internen und externen Stakeholdern zu präsentieren,
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- (C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B2).


Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil:

  • Erfahrung mit der Identifikation von KI-Anwendungsfällen und deren Umsetzung,
  • Sicherer Umgang im SAP PM-Umfeld,
  • Programmierkenntnisse in Python oder vergleichbaren Programmiersprachen,
  • Kenntnisse im Betrieb und in der Instandhaltung von Infrastruktur.

As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.
