Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant: Das Fachgebiet verantwortet die strukturierte Erfassung, Pflege und Nutzung von Anlagendaten sowie die Definition und Weiterentwicklung von Asset Datenstandards, Informationsstrategien und -systemen, basierend auf bereitgestellten Strukturen der IT. Es stellt damit sicher, dass Daten entlang der Geschäftsprozesse des Asset Systems effizient und möglichst automatisiert ausgetauscht werden und datenbasierte Entscheidungen auf einer robusten digitalen Grundlage getroffen werden können.   


Meine Aufgaben:

  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung mit Definition und Abstimmen der digitalen Ambitionen und Ziele des Asset Managements,
  • Entwicklung einer Fachgebietsstrategie für Daten- und Informationsmanagement-Strategien im Asset Management sowie Erstellen und Weiterentwickeln der Strategie zur Erfassung und Steuerung von Asset Informationen sowie Daten Governance,
  • Entwicklung von Kompetenzen im Bereich Datenmanagement, BIM, GIS und IT-Schnittstellen (Product Ownership, Business Analyst, Projektleitung von digitalen Initiativen inkl. Stage-Gate-Prozess),
  • Entwicklung des OT-Zielbildes für das Asset Management mit der Definition von Standards und Schnittstellenintegration durch Identifikation und Umsetzung von Optimierungspotenzialen in Datenprozessen und Systemlandschaften, insbesondere mit Blick auf Datenqualität, Systemintegration, Identifikation und Priorisierung von Automatisierungspotenzialen,
  • Beobachtung technologischer Trends, Steuerung der Toolentwicklung und -planung im Asset Management, auch Einführung und Weiterentwicklung von Systemen wie BIM, GIS und SharePoint-Lösungen,
  • Integration von Dokumentationsprozessen in digitale Plattformen und Tools mit pragmatischen, effizienten Lösungen, verbunden mit dem Aufbau von Daten-Governance-Strukturen und Reporting-Mechanismen,
  • Sicherstellung der Schnittstellen zu IT-Systemen und deren Integration in die Asset-Management-Prozesse sowie Definition und Implementierung von Standards für Datenmodellierung und Informationsflüsse.


Meine Kompetenzen:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Ingenieurwesen, Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbar,
  • Erste Führungserfahrung und Erfahrung im Asset Management, Datenmanagement oder Systemintegration,
  • Versierter Umgang mit PC-Standardsoftware und Kenntnisse in BIM, GIS, Datenbanken,
  • Strategisches Denken, Kommunikationsstärke und Fähigkeit zur interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit,
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B2) in Wort und Schrift.

As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.
