Übernimm die fachliche Verantwortung für unsere ITSM-Prozesse und sorge dafür, dass sie bereichsübergreifend wirksam gesteuert und weiterentwickelt werden.
Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant: In dieser Rolle wird das IT Service Management aktiv weiterentwickelt und ein direkter Einfluss auf den Betrieb kritischer Infrastruktur bei 50Hertz ausgeübt. ITSM-Prozesse werden nicht nur gestaltet, sondern bereichsübergreifend gesteuert. Dabei erfolgt eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit zentralen IT-Einheiten, wobei strategische Weiterentwicklung mit operativem Impact verbunden wird – mit hoher Sichtbarkeit und maßgeblichem Einfluss auf Servicequalität und Stabilität.
Meine Aufgaben:
- Evaluation, Analyse und kontinuierliche Verbesserung bestehender IT-Service-Management-Prozesse (ITIL-basiert) im Hinblick auf Rollen, Schnittstellen und KPIs,
- Konzeption, Einführung und Etablierung neuer ITSM-Prozesse, z. B. Problem Management und IT Service Continuity Management (ITSCM),
- Leitung, Organisation und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung bestehender Service-Formate wie dem Change Advisory Board (CAB),
- Fachliche Verantwortung für die Prozesse und organisatorische Weiterentwicklung des Bereitschaftssystems (Manager on Duty),
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Prozessvorgaben, Governance-Anforderungen und regulatorischen Rahmenbedingungen,
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit IT-Betrieb, Application Management, IT-Security, Projekten sowie externen Dienstleistern,
- Aufbau und Pflege einer transparenten Prozessdokumentation sowie Schulung und Beratung der beteiligten Stakeholder.
Meine Kompetenzen:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation bzw. relevante Praxiserfahrung,
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im IT Service Management (ITSM) sowie Kenntnisse in ITIL-basierten Prozessen (idealerweise als Process Owner / Process Manager / Consultant oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle),
- Erfahrung in der Einführung, Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung von ITSM-Prozessen,
- Erfahrung in der bereichsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit und Koordination komplexer IT-Strukturen,
- Analytische und konzeptionelle Stärke sowie eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise,
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten im Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern,
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1).
Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil:
- Erste Erfahrung im Umfeld kritischer Infrastrukturen oder regulierten Unternehmen ist von Vorteil,
- Erfahrung mit gängigen ITSM-Tools (z. B. Heat, Jira oder vergleichbar),
- Grundverständnis für Governance-, Compliance- oder regulatorische Anforderungen von Vorteil,
- Erfahrung in der Arbeit in agilen oder hybriden Organisationsformen.

As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.
