Hier verantworte ich die Weiterentwicklung des IT Service Managements und trage aktiv zur Stabilität und Zukunftsfähigkeit der IT-Services von 50Hertz bei.
Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant: Als Process Owner IT Service Management (w/m/d) übernehme ich eine zentrale Rolle in der Analyse, Weiterentwicklung und Einführung von ITSM-Prozessen. Ich gestalte die Prozesslandschaft aktiv mit, erhöhe die Servicequalität nachhaltig und unterstütze damit den zuverlässigen Betrieb geschäftskritischer IT-Services in einem Umfeld kritischer Infrastruktur.
Meine Aufgaben:
- Evaluation, Analyse und kontinuierliche Verbesserung bestehender IT-Service-Management- Prozesse (ITIL-basiert) im Hinblick auf Rollen, Schnittstellen und KPIs,
- Konzeption, Einführung und Etablierung neuer ITSM-Prozesse, z. B. Problem Management und IT Service Continuity Management (ITSCM),
- Leitung, Organisation und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung bestehender Service-Formate wie dem Change Advisory Board (CAB),
- Fachliche Verantwortung für die Prozesse und organisatorische Weiterentwicklung des Bereitschaftssystems (Manager on Duty),
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Prozessvorgaben, Governance-Anforderungen und regulatorischen Rahmenbedingungen,
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit IT-Betrieb, Application Management, IT-Security, Projekten sowie externen Dienstleistern,
- Aufbau und Pflege einer transparenten Prozessdokumentation sowie Schulung und Beratung der beteiligten Stakeholder.
Meine Kompetenzen:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation,
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im IT Service Management, als Process Owner in komplexen IT- Organisationen oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle als Process Manager, Consultant etc.,
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der ITIL-Methodik und gängiger ITSM-Prozesse,
- Erfahrung in der Einführung, Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung von ITSM-Prozessen,
- Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise,
- Hohe Kommunikations- und Moderationskompetenz, insbesondere im Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern,
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1).
Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil:
- Erfahrung im Umfeld kritischer Infrastrukturen oder regulierter Unternehmen,
- Kenntnisse in IT-Service-Management-Tools,
- Erfahrung mit Governance-, Compliance- oder Audit-Anforderungen,
- Erfahrung in agilen oder hybriden Organisationsformen.

As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.
