Meine Aufgaben
- Sicherstellung des stabilen, sicheren und hochverfügbaren Betriebs zugeordneter IT-Applikationen und Plattformen unter Einhaltung definierter Service Level Agreements,
- Verantwortung für Incident, Problem, Change und Release Management gemäß ITIL in einer ganzheitlichen Ende-zu-Ende-Betrachtung,
- Überwachung und Analyse von Störungen sowie Ableitung nachhaltiger Lösungsmaßnahmen zur Erhöhung der Systemstabilität,
- Planung, Koordination und Durchführung von Deployments, Updates, Patches sowie Konfigurationsänderungen,
- Umsetzung von Sicherheits-, gesetzlichen und regulatorischen Anforderungen im operativen IT-Betrieb,
- Mitwirkung bei Weiterentwicklungen, Migrationen, Tests, Abnahmen und technischer Dokumentation,
- Kontinuierliche Optimierung der Systemperformance, Verfügbarkeit und Betriebsprozesse,
- Enge fachliche und bereichsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit mit IT-Infrastruktur, IT-Netzwerk, IT-Security sowie weiteren internen und externen Partnern.
Meine Kompetenzen
- Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einer anderen vergleichbaren IT-bezogenen Fachrichtung,
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Planung, Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung geschäftskritischer IT-Applikationen und Plattformen,
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Betrieb komplexer Systemlandschaften (z. B. Client Server, Web oder verteilte Plattformen einschließlich Cloud-/Hybrid-Architekturen),
- Fundierte Erfahrung im IT Service Management nach ITIL, insbesondere im Incident-, Change-, Problem- und Release-Management,
- Erfahrung in IT-Operations, Monitoring, Providersteuerung und der Zusammenarbeit mit internen sowie externen IT-Partnern,
- Kenntnisse in Betriebssystemen (Windows, Linux), Virtualisierung sowie gängiger Middleware, Datenbank- und Integrationskomponenten,
- Ausgeprägtes Verständnis von IT-Sicherheitskonzepten und gängigen Best Practices sowie Berechtigungs- und Rollenmodellen,
- Sicherer Umgang mit komplexen Netzwerk- und Systemumgebungen,
- Selbstständige und proaktive Arbeitsweise,
- Erfahrung in der Anwendung KI-gestützter Tools im beruflichen Kontext,
- Sehr gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (jeweils C1).
Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil:
- Vertrautheit mit Monitoring und Logging Tools sowie grundlegende Kenntnisse moderner CI/CD und Automatisierungsansätze.

As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.
