Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant: 50Hertz gestaltet eine der größten Transformationen der europäischen Energiewirtschaft. Als Enterprise Business Analyst bewege ich mich an den entscheidenden Schnittstellen zwischen
Fachbereichen, Architektur, Produktteams und IT. Dabei schaffe ich Orientierung in komplexen Veränderungsinitiativen, entwickle gemeinsam mit Stakeholdern zukunftsfähige Lösungen und trage dazu bei, dass Investitionen und Veränderungen den größtmöglichen Nutzen für das Unternehmen und die Energiewende schaffen. Besonders spannend ist die Möglichkeit, organisationsweit zu wirken, unterschiedliche Perspektiven zusammenzubringen und nachhaltige Veränderungen aktiv mitzugestalten.
Meine Aufgaben:
- Analyse komplexer Herausforderungen und Überführung strategischer Ziele in umsetzbare Lösungen mit messbarem Mehrwert,
- Verbindung von Fachbereichen, Product Ownern, Architekt*innen und IT-Teams und Schaffung eines gemeinsamen Verständnis von Zielen, Anforderungen und Lösungsoptionen,
- Moderieren von Workshops und Entscheidungsprozessen und Unterstützen der Stakeholder bei Priorisierungen und Zielkonflikten,
- Modellieren von Prozessen, Informationen und Zusammenhängen und Sicherstellen, dass Lösungen in die Enterprise-Architektur passen,
- Stärken der Business-Analyse-Community bei 50Hertz und Weiterentwickeln von Methoden, Standards und Best Practices.
Meine Kompetenzen:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium, zum Beispiel in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, Betriebswirtschaft, Elektrotechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder Energiewirtschaft,
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle in komplexen Veränderungs-, Produkt- oder Digitalisierungsinitiativen,
- Ich beherrsche Requirements Engineering, Geschäftsprozessanalyse und die Modellierung von Prozessen, Informationen und Abhängigkeiten und kann daraus klare, testbare Anforderungen entwickeln,
- Analytische und systemische Denkweise, adressatengerechte Kommunikation und sichere und lösungsorientierte Moderationauch bei unterschiedlichen Interessen und Zielkonflikten,
- Erfahrung in agilen oder hybriden Produkt- und Projektteams sowie ein sicherer Umgang mit Jira, Confluence und kollaborativen Modellierungswerkzeugen,
- Erfahrung in der Anwendung KI-gestützter Tools im beruflichen Kontext,
- Sprachkenntnisse: verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mindestens C1-Niveau) in Wort und Schrift.
Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil:
- Praxis mit BPMN, UML oder ArchiMate und Erfahrung im Zusammenspiel mit Enterprise-, Business- und Solution-Architektur,
- Kenntnisse des Energiesektors,
- Gute Sprachkenntnisse in Französisch und/oder Niederländisch.

As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.
