Ich stelle den zuverlässigen und hochverfügbaren Betrieb wichtiger Applikationen für Netzüberwachung und Netzbetrieb sicher.
Das macht den Job für mich interessant: 50Hertz macht die Energiewende möglich und ist dabei auf leistungsfähige und hochverfügbare IT-Applikationen angewiesen. Der Service ist Teil der Domänen Grid Monitoring und Network Operations und umfasst geschäftskritische Systeme wie das Netzleitsystem sowie zugehörige Rechen- und Analysemodule. In dieser Rolle leiste ich einen zentralen Beitrag zur sicheren Systemführung und zur Energiewende bei 50Hertz.
Meine Aufgaben:
- Verantwortung im ITIL-Service-Lifecycle für Incident, Problem, Change, Release in einer End-to-End Betrachtung für die Applikationen zur Netzüberwachung,- steuerung sowie Netzberechnung,
- Bereitstellung und Sicherstellung des operativen Betriebs inkl. Wartung und Pflege mit Blick auf die Einhaltung von Service Level Agreements,
- Überwachung, Behebung und Analyse von Störungen im Regel- und Eskalationsbetrieb (Durchführung von Root-Cause-Analysen),
- Planung, Koordination und Durchführung von Deployments, Updates und Patches sowie Implementierung von Sicherheitsmaßnahmen,
- Unterstützung bei Weiterentwicklungen, Updates und Migrationen,
- Mitwirkung bei Tests, Abnahmen und Dokumentation,
- Enge fachbereichsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit, insbesondere zu den Teams der IT- Infrastruktur, des IT-Netzwerks sowie der IT-Sicherheit innerhalb der Elia Group,
- Teilnahme an der IT-Rufbereitschaft (remote) zur Sicherstellung des übergreifenden operativen Betriebs.
Meine Kompetenzen:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einer anderen vergleichbaren IT-bezogenen Fachrichtung,
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Betrieb kritischer Applikationen in einer vergleichbaren Rolle als Operation Engineer, IT Application Manager o. ä.,
- Kenntnisse des ITIL-basierten Servicemanagements (insbesondere im Change- und Incident-Management),
- Erfahrungen mit verschiedenen Betriebssystemen (Windows, Linux) und Virtualisierung,
- Kenntnisse über Datenbankmanagementsystemen und Middleware-Komponenten,
- Erfahrungen in Netzwerkinfrastrukturen und Netzwerkstandards,
- Erfahrung in der IT-Providersteuerung, dem IT-Monitoring und IT-Operation-Management,
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1).
Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil:
- Energiewirtschaftliche Erfahrungen und/oder Knowhow im KRITIS-Umfeld,
- Know-how in der Anwendung agiler Frameworks (z. B.: Scrum, Kanban),
- Allgemeine kaufmännische Grundkenntnisse für Einkaufs- und Beschaffungsprozesse.

As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.
