Ich übernehme eine zentrale Rolle im Aufbau, Umsetzung und Betrieb der IT-Services für den Kapazitätsmarkt bei 50Hertz.
Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant: 50Hertz treibt die Energiewende voran und übernimmt mit dem Aufbau des Kapazitätsmarktes eine zentrale Rolle bei der Sicherstellung der Versorgungssicherheit in einem zunehmend erneuerbaren Energiesystem. In meiner Rolle übernehme ich die End-to-End-Verantwortung für die IT-Services und Systeme zur Umsetzung des Kapazitätsmarktes. Ich stelle sicher, dass fachliche Anforderungen in integrierte und nachhaltige IT-Lösungen überführt werden und sorge dafür, dass die Systeme langfristig zuverlässig, skalierbar und anschlussfähig bleiben.
Meine Aufgaben:
- Konzeption, Aufbau und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der IT-Services und Systemlandschaft zur Umsetzung des Kapazitätsmarktes im Sinne der End-to-End-Verantwortung,
- Wahrnehmung der Service Owner Rolle inkl. Definition von Servicezielen, KPIs, Roadmap und Budget,
- Aufnahme, Konsolidierung und Priorisierung fachlicher und regulatorischer Anforderungen sowie Überführung in nachhaltige und integrierte IT-Services in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen, IT und Partner*innen,
- Vertretung von 50Hertz in relevanten 4ÜNB-Gremien zur Ausgestaltung und Umsetzung gemeinsamer IT-Lösungen,
- Sicherstellung eines stabilen, sicheren und SLA-konformen Betriebs,
- Aufbau und fachliche Führung eines Serviceteams für Weiterentwicklung und Betrieb,
- Steuerung externer Dienstleister sowie Etablierung klarer Rollen, Verantwortlichkeiten und Qualitätsstandards,
- Teilnahme an der IT-Rufbereitschaft (remote) zur Sicherstellung des übergreifenden operativen Betriebs.
Meine Kompetenzen:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Ingenieurwissenschaften oder vergleichbare Qualifikation,
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Service Owner, Produktverantwortlicher, Domain Owner oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle mit End-to-End-Verantwortung für IT-Services,
- Erfahrung in der Konzeption, dem Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung komplexer Plattform-, Applikations- oder Service-Landschaften,
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im IT-Service-Management (ITIL),
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (jeweils min. C1).
Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil:
- Erfahrung im Umfeld von Kapazitätsmechanismen, Regelenergie, Flexibilitätsmärkten oder vergleichbaren energiewirtschaftlichen Marktprozessen, insbesondere in den Bereichen Präqualifikation, Auktion, Monitoring oder Abrechnung,
- Erfahrung mit agilen Methoden (Scrum, Kanban),
- Erfahrung im Aufbau von agil arbeitenden Fachteams.

As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.
