Ich verantworte die Weiterentwicklung und den Betrieb von Lösungen für Digital Workplace Collaboration und Sicherheitssysteme in Deutschland und Belgien.

Meine Aufgaben:
- Verantwortung für Design, Implementierung, Integration, Weiterentwicklung und Betrieb von Softwarelösungen zur Unterstützung geschäftskritischer Prozesse,
- Analyse und Abstimmung fachlicher, technischer, regulatorischer und sicherheitsrelevanter Anforderungen sowie Überführung in nachhaltige IT-Lösungen,
- Entwicklung von Lösungs- und Integrationsarchitekturen unter Berücksichtigung von Cybersecurity, Compliance, Resilienz und Unternehmensstandards,
- Konfiguration, Optimierung und Integration von Anwendungen und Plattformen innerhalb der bestehenden IT-Landschaft,
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Cybersecurity-, Compliance- und regulatorischen Anforderungen sowie Unterstützung von Audits,
- Gewährleistung eines stabilen, sicheren und kosteneffizienten Betriebs einschließlich Incident-, Problem-, Change- und Release-Management,
- Analyse und Behebung von Störungen sowie kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Anwendungen, Schnittstellen und Betriebsprozessen,
- Planung und Steuerung von Projekten, Migrationen und Transformationsvorhaben einschließlich Budget-, Ressourcen- und Risikomanagement,
- Steuerung von Dienstleistern und Softwareanbietern sowie Überwachung von Servicequalität, KPIs und vertraglichen Leistungen,
- Verantwortung für das Budget- und Lizenzmanagement sowie die vollständige fachliche, technische und betriebliche Dokumentation einschließlich Tests, Releases und GoLives.
Meine Kompetenzen:
- Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation,
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung mit geschäftskritischen Unternehmensanwendungen und Softwarelösungen,
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Requirements Engineering, Solution Design und Application Lifecycle Management,
- Gutes Verständnis von Anwendungsarchitekturen, Systemintegrationen und IT-Infrastrukturen,
- Kenntnisse in Cybersecurity, IT-Governance, Compliance und regulatorischen Anforderungen,
- Erfahrung mit IT-Service-Management-Prozessen und ITIL-nahen Betriebsmodellen,
- Erfahrung im Projekt-, Budget-, Lizenz-, Vertrags- und Dienstleistermanagement,
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie eine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise,
- Starke Kommunikations- und Stakeholder-Management-Kompetenz mit der Fähigkeit, Business und IT zu verbinden,
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mind. C1).
Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil:
- Erfahrung in regulierten oder KRITIS-Umgebungen,
- Verständnis für Sicherheits- und physische Sicherheitssysteme.

As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.
