Ich verantworte die Weiterentwicklung und den Betrieb von Lösungen für Digital Workplace Collaboration und Sicherheitssysteme in Deutschland und Belgien.

In dieser Rolle kann ich moderne Lösungen für Digital Workplace Collaboration und Sicherheitssysteme aktiv mitgestalten und damit einen direkten Beitrag zu einer sicheren und leistungsfähigen Energieversorgung leisten. Gleichzeitig arbeite ich in internationalen Produktteams in Deutschland und Belgien und entwickle mein Know-how gemeinsam mit erfahrenen Spezialist*innen kontinuierlich weiter.
Meine Aufgaben:
- Definition fachlicher und technischer Anforderungen an Softwarelösungen mit Schwerpunkt Kommunikations-Tools,
- Koordination der Umsetzung von Kundenanforderungen in bestehenden Lösungen und Applikationen
- Sicherstellung des Betriebs, der Weiterentiwcklung sowie der Wartung der Anwendungen/Software gemeinsam mit dem Produktteam,
- Mitwirken bei der Integration von Software in die Applikations- und Systemlandschaft der Elia Group,
- Unterstützung von Testern bei der Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Auswertung von Testszenarien bei Bedarf,
- Unterstützung des Product Owners bei Lizenzverhandlungen, der Definition von Service Level Agreements (SLAs) sowie im Lieferantenmanagement und bei IT-Kostenschätzungen,
- Beratung von Key Usern zu Best Practices,
- Durchführung von Marktanalysen sowie Fit-Gap-Analysen.
Meine Kompetenzen:
- Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium der Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation,
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung sowie aktuelles Fachwissen im Bereich Web-Technologien einschließlich Content-Management-Systemen wie Sitecore, DotNetNuke, Unily oder vergleichbaren Lösungen,
- Sicherer Umgang mit den Standardanwendungen von Microsoft 365 (O365),
- Kenntnisse im IT-Service-Management nach ITIL sind ebenfalls,
- Fundierte Erfahrung in Planung, Entwicklung, Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung von Anwendungen oder Softwaresystemen (Standard- oder Individualsoftware),
- Gute Kenntnisse agiler Arbeitsmethoden,
- Gelegentliche Reisebereitschaft, auch international,
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (B2/C1).
Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil:
- Erfahrung in regulierten oder KRITIS-Umgebungen,
- Verständnis für Sicherheits- und physische Sicherheitssysteme,
- Erfahrung im IT-Dienstleistermanagement sowie IT-Betriebsmanagement,
- Sprachkenntnisse in Niederländisch und Französisch.

As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.
