Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant: 50Hertz engagiert sich seit langem für die Energiewende. Wir betreiben kritische Anwendungen zur Netzstabilität- und überwachung. Im Team IT Security arbeite ich eng mit den Business Continuity Managern zusammen, um den IT-BSP abzustimmen und um sicherzustellen, dass kritische Anwendungen die Wiederherstellungsstandards erfüllen. In diesem Umfeld habe ich die Chance mein Know-how in der Zusammenarbeit mit Spezialist*innen kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln.
Meine Aufgaben:
- Entwicklung und Pflege des ICT-Continuity- und Disaster-Recovery-Prozesses (ICDR),
- Unterstützung bei Risikobewertungen und Business-Impact-Analysen zur Identifikation potenzieller Bedrohungen und deren Auswirkungen auf den ICT-Betrieb,
- Koordination mit verschiedenen IT-Abteilungen, um die Abstimmung und Integration von IT-
Business-Continuity-Plänen, ICT-Continuity-Plan und Disaster-Recovery-Plänen sicherzustellen, - Aktualisierung und Dokumentation von Disaster-Recovery-Prozessen für IT-Systeme und Anwendungen,
- Überwachung der Durchführung von DRP-Übungen und Tests,
- Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern und internen Anwendungs-Ownern,
- Überwachung des Status des ICT-Continuity-Programms und Berichterstattung an das Senior Management,
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung regulatorischer Anforderungen und Branchenstandards für
Informationssicherheit, ICT-Continuity und Disaster Recovery.
Meine Kompetenzen:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-) Informatik, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung,
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Business Continuity Management, ICT Continuity Management, in der Disaster-Recovery-Planung und im IT-Risikomanagement,
- Kenntnisse regulatorischer Anforderungen und Branchenstandards im Zusammenhang mit Business Continuity und Disaster Recovery,
- Gute Kenntnisse in den Bereichen IT-Administration und IT-Infrastruktur (Server, Firewalls etc.),
- Hohe Problemlösungskompetenz zur Bewertung von Risiken und Entwicklung wirksamer Minderungsstrategien,
- Ausgeprägte analytische und organisatorische Fähigkeiten,
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mind. B2).
Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil:
- Berufliche Zertifizierungen wie CBCP (Certified Business Continuity Professional) oder CBCI (Certificate of the BCI) oder vergleichbare Zertifizierungen.

As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.
