Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant: Als Product Owner*in energiewirtschaftlicher Plattformlösungen verantworte ich die strategische Entwicklung und fungiere als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Fachbereichen, IT und Stakeholdern. Ich priorisiere Anforderungen nach fachlichem Nutzen und strategischer Relevanz, steuere die Umsetzung über den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus hinweg und stelle sicher, dass regulatorische Vorgaben, fachliche Anforderungen und technische Rahmenbedingungen in wirtschaftlich tragfähige sowie praxistaugliche Plattformlösungen überführt werden.
Meine Aufgaben:
- Ich entwickle und kommuniziere eine klare Produktvision und strategische Ziele,
- Anhand dieser Ziele entwickle ich Roadmaps inkl. Releases und Meilensteine,
- Ich priorisiere nach Nutzen, Risiko, Aufwand, Abhängigkeiten und strategischer Relevanz,
- Ich passe dynamisch Ziele anhand von Feedback, Daten, Markt- sowie Organisationsbedarfe an,
- Ich trage die Verantwortung für das Product Backlog: Inhalt, Struktur, Transparenz und Priorisierung,
- Ich formuliere und pflege Epics/Features/Bugs/Stories (gemeinsam mit BA und SME),
- Ich kommuniziere transparent Status, Risiken und Prioritäten an sämtliche Stakeholder.
Meine Kompetenzen:
- Ich habe ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in einer geeigneten Fachrichtung (z.B. Mathematik, Informationstechnik, Wirtschaft, Ingenieurwesen, Energietechnik),
- Ich bringe Kenntnisse aus energiewirtschaftlichen IT-Systeme und Plattformarchitekturen mit,
- Ich habe praktische Erfahrungen im strategischen Produktmanagement und in der Roadmap- Steuerung,
- Meine Arbeitsweise zeichnet sich durch agile Methodenkompetenz (Scrum, Kanban), analytisches und lösungsorientiertes Denken aus,
- Gegenüber meinen Stakeholdern trete ich souverän und selbstsicher auf,
- Ich bringe eine starke Kundenorientierung, eine hohe Teamfähigkeit und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten mit,
- Ich spreche und schreibe fließend Deutsch- und Englisch (C1).
Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil:
- Energiewirtschaftliche und regulatorische Expertise, Verständnis regulatorischer Vorgaben (EnWG, GPKE, WiM, MaBiS, künftiger MaBiS-Hub),
- Erfahrungen als Key Userin oder Applikationsmanagerin von energiewirtschaftlichen Anwendungen (CRM-, EDM- und Abrechnungssystemen),
- Verständnis für Anforderungen zur Sicherstellung der Revisions- und Datensicherheit der Prozesse und eingesetzten Lösungen wie nach GoB, GoDV, DSGVO, GNDEW,
- Beteiligung an Forschungs- und Entwicklungsprojekten, Erfahrungen in Verbändearbeit,
- Projektmanagement Zertifizierung.

As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.
