Hier übernehme ich die Verantwortung für Erstellung und Einhaltung des IT Governance-Frameworks.
Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant: 50Hertz engagiert sich seit langem für die Energiewende. Im Group CIO Office kann ich als IT Governance Manager*in die Etablierung eines IT- Governance-Frameworks vorantreiben und die Anwendung sicherstellen. Ich stelle hierbei Transparenz und klare Verantwortlichkeiten sicher. In diesem Umfeld habe ich zugleich die Chance mein Know-how in der Zusammenarbeit mit Spezialist*innen kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln.
Meine Aufgaben:
- Verantwortung für Aufbau, Pflege und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung eines klaren und konsistenten IT-Governance-Frameworks, einschließlich Richtlinien, Standards und Prozessen,
- Sicherstellung der effektiven und einheitlichen Anwendung von Governance-Prinzipien im täglichen IT-Betrieb über alle Teams hinweg,
- Sicherstellung und Steuerung der effizienten Arbeit zentraler Governance-Gremien (z. B. Architecture Review Board, Change Advisory Board),
- Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung der IT-Governance-Roadmap (z. B. KI, Security, Plattformen, Applikationen),
- Unterstützung und Begleitung strukturierter Entscheidungsprozesse für Applikationsfreigaben, Deployments und Änderungen,
- Überwachung der Einhaltung von Governance-Vorgaben sowie proaktive Identifikation von Lücken, Abweichungen und Verbesserungspotenzialen,
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Cybersecurity-, Data- und Engineering-Teams zu Themen rund um Risiko und Compliance,
- Funktion als zentrale Ansprechperson für interne und externe Audits im Bereich IT Governance.
Meine Kompetenzen:
- Abgeschlossenes Masterstudium in IT, Betriebswirtschaft, Ingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation,
- Fundierte Erfahrung in IT-Governance-, Risiko-, Compliance- oder Audit-Umfeldern,
- Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Governance-Gremien oder ähnlichen Institutionen,
- Gutes Verständnis von Applikationsrisiken und Kritikalität,
- Fähigkeit, komplexe Themen zu vereinfachen und Governance praxisnah umzusetzen,
- Strukturierte und proaktive Arbeitsweise mit hoher Eigenverantwortung,
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Steuerungsfähigkeiten,
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (mind. C1) und gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. B2).

As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.

As a Communication Scientist, I have transitioned into the IT sector from a different field.
