Hier gestalte ich regionale, nationale und internationale Kooperationen und treibe die digitale Transformation in der Systemführung aktiv voran. Dabei arbeite ich an der Schnittstelle zwischen Digitalisierung und Systembetrieb.


Das macht den Job für mich interessant: 50Hertz engagiert sich seit vielen Jahren für die Energiewende. Im Team Advisory & Cooperations der Systemführung habe ich die Möglichkeit, die Zusammenarbeit mit nationalen und internationalen Partnern – darunter Verteilnetzbetreiber (VNB), Übertragungsnetzbetreiber (ÜNB), Regional Coordination Centers (RCC), ENTSO-E sowie Forschungseinrichtungen – aktiv mitzugestalten. Gemeinsam arbeiten wir daran, die Systemführung für ein Stromsystem mit 100 % erneuerbaren Energien zukunftssicher aufzustellen. Gleichzeitig kann ich mein Know-how im Bereich Digitalisierung kontinuierlich erweitern und in interdisziplinären Teams einbringen.

 

Meine Aufgaben:

  • Strategische Kooperationsgestaltung: Ich verantworte den Aufbau, Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung relevanter Partnerschaften im Kontext Systemführung und Digitalisierung – sowohl in klassischen Gremien als auch in innovativen Formaten wie Communities oder themenspezifischen Netzwerken,
  • Interne Koordination: Ich plane alle notwendigen internen Maßnahmen, um sicherzustellen, dass unsere Anforderungen und Aufgaben an der Schnittstelle zu externen Partnern fristgerecht und in hoher Qualität erfüllt werden,
  • Netzwerkpflege: Ich erweitere und pflege ein belastbares Netzwerk zu relevanten Stakeholdern und Kooperationspartnern,
  • Gremienarbeit: Ich beobachte und bewerte relevanter Entwicklungen, erstelle Übersichten und arbeite fallweise aktive in Arbeitsgruppen mit,
  • Strategische Abstimmungen: Ich initiiere und moderiere interne Diskussionen zu strategischen Fragestellungen der Netzführung, um eine klare Positionierung von 50Hertz in allen relevanten Kanälen zu gewährleisten,
  • Kommunikationsschnittstelle: Ich entwickle Kommunikationsstandards und aktive Vermarktung der Systemführung sowie unserer digitalen Produkte – unter Berücksichtigung interner und externer Rahmenbedingungen,
  • Transversale Zusammenarbeit: Ich bin in engem Austausch mit Kolleg*innen aus unterschiedlichsten Bereichen bei 50Hertz – von der Geschäftsführung bis zur Fachspezialist*in – mit dem positiven Nebeneffekt eines breiten Know-how-Aufbaus.


Meine Kompetenzen:

  • Ich verfüge über ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Ingenieurwissenschaften oder einen vergleichbaren Abschluss,
  • Ich verfüge über fundierte Kenntnisse der technischen, wirtschaftlichen und rechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen der Energiewirtschaft,
  • Mich zeichnen unternehmerisches Denken, Kreativität für neue Lösungsansätze und ein hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung aus,
  • Meine Kolleg*innen schätzen mich für meine klare Kommunikation und mein Verhandlungsgeschick,
  • Ich verfüge über verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (C1) und fließende Englischkenntnisse (B2) in Wort und Schrift.

 

Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil:

  • Elektrotechnische Vertiefung im Rahmen des Studiums,
    Berufserfahrung und vertiefte Kenntnisse in den nationalen und europäischen Prozessen der Systemführung und/oder digitalen Transformation,
  • Erfahrung bei einem Stromnetzbetreiber oder einem vergleichbaren Unternehmen,
  • Hohes Maß an Selbstständigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen.

As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.
