Ich bin gefragt als hochqualifizierte*r und motivierte*r Senior Software Architect für das 50Hertz Data Chapter Team.
Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant: Ich habe die Chance, bei der Elia Group an der Etablierung eines Data Mesh mitzuarbeiten. Als Mitglied eines Produktteams baue und betreibeich skalierbare Datenprodukte, die unser Unternehmen benötigt, um die Energiewende erfolgreich zu bewältigen. So ist beispielsweise ein "Windvorhersage-Datenprodukt" unerlässlich, um kritische Situationen im Stromnetz zu antizipieren und zu bewältigen. Wenn ich für die Elia Group arbeite, kann ich somit einen wesentlichen Beitrag zu einer sichereren und nachhaltigeren Zukunft leisten und gleichzeitig innovative Datenmanagementlösungen mitgestalten.
Meine Aufgaben
- Architektur & Skalierbarkeit: Konzeption und Umsetzung sicherer, skalierbarer Microservice-Architekturen gemäß Best Practices und Unternehmensstandards,
- Codequalität & Standards: Verantwortung für kritische Codebereiche, Definition von Code-Review-Richtlinien und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Codequalität,
- Observability & Sicherheit: Implementierung von Logging-, Monitoring- und Alerting-Standards sowie frühzeitige Identifikation und Minderung von Sicherheitsrisiken,
- Teamführung & Mentoring: Technische Anleitung, Förderung eines kollaborativen Umfelds und aktiver Wissenstransfer zwischen Produktteam und Engineering Chapter,
- Dokumentation & Problemlösung: Erstellung technischer Dokumentationen und Durchführung, von Ursachenanalysen zur effizienten Fehlerbehebung.
Meine Kompetenzen
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in (Wirtschafts-) Informatik, Mathematik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation,
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in .NET & C# mit Fokus auf skalierbare Softwarelösungen und moderne Architekturprinzipien,
- Expertise in Microservices & Event-driven Architecture, inkl. verteilte Systeme und Design Patterns,
- Kenntnisse in REST, SOAP & Messaging-Technologien wie RabbitMQ und Apache Kafka,
- Erfahrung mit CI/CD-Prozessen und hoher Codequalität durch Clean Code und Review-Standards,
- Führungskompetenz & Teamkoordination, inkl. Mentoring und technische Verantwortung,
- Sprachkenntnisse Deutsch & Englisch (jeweils C1) sowie starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil
- Erfahrung mit Testautomatisierungs-Frameworks für Unit- und Integrationstests,
- Erfahrung in der Entwicklung containerisierter Anwendungen (Docker, Kubernetes),
- Zusätzliche Sprachen: Französisch (B1), Niederländisch (B1).

As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.
