Ich entwickle und betreibe Datenintegrationslösungen für die digitale Energiewende bei 50Hertz.
Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant: 50Hertz engagiert sich seit langem für die Energiewende. Im Data Integration Chapter entwickle ich moderne, sichere und skalierbare Datenintegrationslösungen für den Netzbetrieb. Dabei arbeite ich eng mit Spezialist*innen aus verschiedenen Fachbereichen zusammen, teile Best Practices und entwickle mich kontinuierlich weiter – fachlich wie technisch.
Meine Aufgaben
- Entwicklung sicherer Microservices zur Verarbeitung von Echtzeitdaten und Zeitreihen mit Java und Kafka,
- Design von APIs und Datenmodellen für performante Schnittstellen und strukturierte Kommunikation,
- Technisches Mentoring und Anleitung von Entwickler*innen in agilen Produktteams,
- Förderung des interdisziplinären Austauschs zwischen den interdisziplinären Teams (z. B. Produkt-Team und Data Chapter),
- Dokumentation von Code und Prozessen zur Sicherstellung von Qualität und Nachvollziehbarkeit.
Meine Kompetenzen
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in (Wirtschafts-) Informatik, Mathematik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation,
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Java-Entwicklung, inkl. Event-Streaming mit Kafka und Stream Processing,
- Fundiertes Wissen in Microservices, verteilten Architekturen und IT-Security (z. B. BSI),
- Praxis mit Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, ArgoCD, CI/CD, REST/SOAP und messagebasierter Kommunikation,
- Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der technischen Anleitung und im fachlichen Mentoring von Entwicklerteams in agilen Strukturen,
- Kommunikationsstärke und Teamgeist für den Austausch mit interdisziplinären Teams,
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (jeweils C1).

As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.

As a Communication Scientist, I have transitioned into the IT sector from a different field.
