Ich leiste First- und Second-Level Support und leiste damit einen wesentlichen Beitrag zur Bearbeitung und Lösung von IT-Problemen, sowie -Anfragen.
Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant: Als wichtige Ansprechperson stehe ich den Kolleg*innen der 50Hertz Transmission GmbH bei IT-Fragen und -Problemen zur Seite und bin das Gesicht des IT-Helpdesks für alle Standorte. Dabei leiste ich einen wesentlichen Beitrag zur weiteren Professionalisierung des IT-Supports bei 50Hertz und stelle einen verlässlichen Service sicher.
Meine Aufgaben
- Ich stelle den IT On Site Support und dessen Weiterentwicklung weiter als primärer Ansprechpartner*in für Supportaufgaben im Bereich Deskside Services vor Ort an den Kundenlokationen,
- Unterstützung der Kundenanwender in IT-Fragen und bearbeiten von Einzelaufträgen (Incidents oder Service Requests),
- 2nd und 3rd Level Support bei Fehleranalysen,
- Unterstützung im Projektgeschäft im Hardware-Lifecycle, bestehend aus PC-Auslieferungen und Image-Betankungen unter Windows 10, sowie Verkabelung und Einrichtung von Arbeitsplätzen und Durchführung von Umzügen, Rollouts, Reparaturen, Garantie- und Althardwareabwicklung,
- Dokumentation der Aufträge einschließlich etwaiger Zusatzleistungen mit den vorgegebenen Mitteln,
- Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung von Prozessen, Arbeitsabläufen und Verbesserungsmaßnehmen.
Meine Kompetenzen
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine gleichwertige Ausbildung in der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik als Fachinformatiker/in, IT-Systemelektroniker/in, IT-Systemkauffrau / IT-Systemkaufmann, Informatikkauffrau / Informatikkaufmann etc.) oder mit einem vergleichbaren internationalen Abschluss,
- Einschlägige Erfahrung im Umgang mit einem Ticketsystem,
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Windows Umfeld (z.B. Microsoft Windows 10 und Microsoft Windows 11) sowie der gängigen Microsoft Office Produkte (365),
- Sehr gute allgemeine Hardware- und Softwarekenntnisse,
- Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Partnern und Mitarbeiter*innen,
- Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit zum analytischen Denken und Arbeiten auch unter hohen Belastungen; Engagement, Flexibilität und Teamorientierung,
- Sehr hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung (Nachweis eines Kommunikationstrainings von Vorteil),
- Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit zum analytischen Denken und Arbeiten auch unter hohen Belastungen,
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (B2-C1).

- ITIL V4 Zertifizierung.

As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.
