Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant: Zusammen wollen wir in der Energiewirtschaft wirksame Veränderungen antreiben und die Energiewende mit neuen Lösungen voranbringen. Der Asset-Bereich übernimmt die Rolle des Asset-Owners und schafft über ein strukturiertes, strategisches Asset Management die Voraussetzungen, Grundlagen und Standards für einen nachhaltigen Netzbetrieb. Als Business Process Analyst modelliere und pflege ich unsere Geschäftsarchitektur, fördere Transparenz in Schnittstellen und Prozessen und ermittle Umsetzungs- sowie Verbesserungsoptionen. Ich spiele eine Schlüsselrolle beim Schaffen von Transparenz sowie Verbessern der Prozesslandschaft und treibe damit die Funktionsfähigkeit des Bereiches voran. In diesem Umfeld habe ich zugleich die Chance, mein Know-how in der Zusammenarbeit mit Spezialist*innen kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln.
Meine Aufgaben:
- Analyse und Darstellung von Geschäftsarchitekturen und -prozessen,
- Optimierungspotenziale ermitteln,
- Erstellung von Geschäftsprozessdokumentationen,
- Die Einführung neuer Prozesse begleiten,
- Moderation und Steuerung von Prozessworkshops mit bereichsinternen und -externen Stakeholdern,
- Teams und Führungskräfte zur Konzeption neuer sowie Weiterentwicklung bestehender Prozesse beraten.
Meine Kompetenzen:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder einer vergleichbaren Disziplin oder mehrjährige Erfahrung bei der Analyse von Geschäftsarchitekturen und -anforderungen,
- Erfahrung mit State of the Art-Methoden des Requirements Engineering und Modellierung von Geschäftsarchitekturen,
- Erfahrung in der Konzeption und Moderation von Workshops mit interdisziplinären Teams und Führungskräften,
- Analytische Kompetenz, strukturiertes Arbeiten und Organisationsgeschick auf Systemebene,
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeit,
- Kenntnisse in mindestens einer Modellierungssprache (wie z. B. BPMN),
- Fähigkeit, Geschäftsanforderungen in technische Konzepte und Lösungen zu übersetzen und innerhalb technischer Teams zu kommunizieren,
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (jeweils C1).
Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil:
- Know-how im Asset-Management im Umfeld kritischer Infrastrukturen,
- Überblickswissen im Bereich Qualitätssicherung.

Who are we?
We are 50Hertz – one of the four transmission system operators (TSO) in Germany. Together with the Belgian electricity grid operator Elia (Brussels), we form the internationally active Elia Group. At 50Hertz, over 2,100 employees ensure that electricity flows over long distances reliably, with minimal loss, and optimally managed. As a TSO, we play a central role in the implementation of the energy transition from a technical and economic perspective, acting as a facilitator. As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.
