Als Product Line Architect arbeite ich in meinem Team für die Digitalisierung der Energiewende.
Das macht diese Stelle für mich interessant: 50Hertz entwickelt das Next Generation Control Center Ecosystem MCCS (Modular Control Center System), um den Anforderungen an die Digitalisierung in der Energiewende zu erfüllen. MCCS zielt darauf ab, klassische, monolithische SCADA-Anwendungen und andere operative Tools durch Module zu ersetzen, die in Kubernetes-Clustern laufen und Daten über Streaming-Dienste austauschen. Die Product Line Grid Analysis entwickelt innovative Netzanalyseprodukte. Die Tools helfen den Operatoren dabei, den Netzzustand sowohl in Real-Time- als auch Vorschauprozessen umfassend zu bewerten und Aktivitäten abzuleiten, die einen sicheren und effizienten Netzbetrieb ermöglichen.
Insgesamt arbeiten im Product Cluster ca. 20 Product Teams in 6 Product Lines an den verschiedenen Modulen für die Kernprozesse eines Netzbetreibers. In der Rolle als Product Line Architect bin ich verantwortlich für die technische Exzellenz der Product Teams einer Product Line. Ich steuere und überwache die Entwicklung von mehreren Product Teams und übernehme in dieser zentralen Rolle auch Teile der Verantwortung für einen reibungslosen Betrieb. Als Product Line Architect arbeite ich eng mit dem verantwortlichen Product Line Lead zusammen und bin der trusted advisor im Team.
Meine Aufgaben und meine Verantwortung:
- Architektur und Design: Planung, Design und Umsetzung von Architekturen für die Module mit den jeweiligen Product Teams der Product Line als auch mit Architekt*innen anderer Product Lines im Product Cluster. Übernahme der Verantwortung zentraler Entscheidungen der Architektur im Rahmen des MCCS Architecture Decision Body. Dazu gehört auch das Definieren und Etablieren von technischen Standards für das Product Cluster.
- Technische Führung: Leitung von Entwicklungsprojekten, Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Teams und Führung technischer Diskussionen zur Lösungsfindung. Dies beinhaltet regelmäßige Reviews der Lösungen der Product Teams, um effiziente, performante, resiliente und sichere Lösungen zu gewährleisten, sowie die fachliche Führung der Solution Architekt*innen der Product Teams in der Product Line.
- Sicherheitsstandards: Implementierung und Überwachung hoher Sicherheitsstandards innerhalb der Module der Product Line zur Gewährleistung der Netzstabilität und der Einhaltung diverser Audits (z.B: ISMS, KRITIS).
- Innovation und Optimierung: Kontinuierliche Verbesserung der neuen Module unter Berücksichtigung neuer technischer Trends und Entwicklungen im Energiesektor und IT.
Mein Profil:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Elektrotechnik oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet.
- Fundierte Erfahrung (mindestens 5 Jahre) mit Cloud Native Umgebung (Microservices, Container orchestrators) und der gängigen Technologien (K8s, HELM etc.),
- Fundierte Erfahrung (mindestens 2 Jahre) mit Messaging und Event Streaming (Kafka, etc.),
- Erfahrungen in der Produktentwicklung mit Fokus auf Zuschnitt und Organisation von Services,
- Erfahrung (mindestens 2 Jahre) mit gängigen Architecture Frameworks & Tools (C4, Archimate, Enterprise Architect etc.),
- Bereitschaft zur Teilnahme an einer Rufbereitschaft im Rahmen des Services Operations von MCCS
- Sprachen: Deutsch (C1), Englisch (C1).
Das macht mein Profil besonders interessant:
- Idealerweise mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich klassischer Netzberechnungsalgorithmen (Loadflow, State Estimation, dynamische Berechnungen, Optimal Power Flow),
- Kompetenzen zur Entwicklung von Konzepten und Architekturen zur Integration der einzelnen Algorithmen, um entsprechende Business-Prozesse abzubilden,
- Fähigkeit zur Definition von Regeln/ Guidelines für die Datenschnittstellen/ Datenmodelle in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Product Line „Data“,
- Kenntnisse hoch skalierbarer Lösungen, um Rechenzeiten zu optimieren/ sicherzustellen,
- Kenntnisse der Integration von verschiedenen Algorithmen: Klassische Solver/ Algorithmen, AI/ML Algorithmen.
