Ich verantworte die (Weiter-) Entwicklung der Windows Server Images und setze mich für die Einführung von Infrastructure-as-Code-Prinzipien ein.
Das macht den Job für mich interessant: 50Hertz bringt die Integration erneuerbarer Energien voran. Der umfangreiche Netzausbau kann nicht ohne die Bereitstellung von IT-Infrastruktur und Netzwerken realisiert werden. Als Teil eines internationalen IT-Infrastruktur-Teams kann ich dazu einen wesentlichen Beitrag leisten und maßgebliche Akzente setzen. Als gefragte Ansprechpartner*in setze ich mich außerdem für einen Wissenstransfer im Kontext der Technologien ein.
Meine Aufgaben
Betrieb der Windows Server-Infrastruktur aus 3rd-Level-Perspektive:
- Verwaltung der Windows Server Umgebungen,
- Sicherstellung reibungsloser Service-Management-Prozesse sowie umfassender OS/SW-Patching- und Image-Update-Mechanismen auf der Grundlage von SCCM,
- Bereitstellung von Softwarepaketen über SCCM,
- Nachverfolgung der Betriebsprozesse (Patch-Status, Compliance etc.),
- Teilnahme der 24/7-Rufbereitschaft für das Windows-Team (ca. alle 4 Wochen).
Entwicklung der Windows Server Management Infrastruktur:
- Design eines effizienten Policy-, Image- und Patch-Regimes,
- Gewährleistung einer hohen Systemsicherheit und -verfügbarkeit (unter Berücksichtigung von Datenschutz und -sicherheit),
- Umsetzung der Grundsätze von Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) zur Automatisierung der Infrastrukturverwaltung und zur Verbesserung der Systemzuverlässigkeit (Powershell oder Ansible).
Meine Kompetenzen:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Berufsausbildung im Bereich Informatik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung,
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Betrieb einer Microsoft Windows Server-Umgebung (Windows OS-Architektur, Systemkonfiguration und -verwaltung),
- Nachgewiesene Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen mit Active Directory, ADFS sowie optimalerweise in Unternehmen ähnlicher Größe (+/- 2000 Server, 5000 Benutzer, 8000 Postfächer),
- Erfahrung mit MECM, SCCM, SCOM ADFS, Trustwave, Trendmicro, Big-IP F5, AADConnect, Packer, Exchange sind ein Plus,
- Ausgeprägte Kenntnisse in der Programmierung und Skripterstellung, insbesondere mit PowerShell zur Automatisierung von Architekturaufgaben,
- Tiefgreifendes Verständnis der GitOps-/Infrastructure as Code (IaC)-Grundsätze, mit praktischer Erfahrung in Tools wie Ansible,
- Sprachen: Deutsch (C1), Englisch (mind. B2).

We are 50Hertz – one of the four transmission system operators (TSO) in Germany. Together with the Belgian electricity grid operator Elia (Brussels), we form the internationally active Elia Group. At 50Hertz, over 2,100 employees ensure that electricity flows over long distances reliably, with minimal loss, and optimally managed. As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.
