In meiner Position koordiniere ich das Testmanagement meines Product Clusters, stelle die Einführung und Einhaltung bewährter Verfahren sicher und erhöhe den Reifegrad robuster Testprozesse.
Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant: Die Rolle steht im Zentrum der digitalen Transformation von 50Hertz. In unserer dynamischen, produktorientierten Organisation arbeiten im Chapter Quality Assurance QA-Engineers sowie weitere Spezialisten aus den Bereichen Automation, Performance, Security und Test Coordination in agilen Teams zusammen.
Meine Aufgaben im Detail:
- Aktive Mitarbeit in der QA-Gemeinschaft sowie Definition, Dokumentation und Anwendung von QA-Standards,
- Gestaltung der Entwicklung des QA-Chapters durch Definition von Best Practices, Tools, Teststrategien, Frameworks und Methoden,
- Sicherstellung der Nutzung, Dokumentation und Standardisierung der oben genannten Elemente in ihrem Funktionsbereich durch Förderung des Wissensaustauschs und der kontinuierlichen Optimierung.
Verantwortung für die Konzeption des Testmanagementprozesses:
- Festlegung von Testzielen und -methodiken, Testdurchführung, Kommunikation und Fortschrittsbewertung, Überwachung der Verantwortlichkeiten für Testdurchführungen auf verschiedenen Ebenen und Phasen, Behandlung von Fehlern,
- Überwachung der End-to-End-Testabdeckung und Koordination von Integrationstests, Systemintegrationstests und User Acceptance Tests,
- Abstimmung der Tests mit der QA-Test-Governance im Hinblick auf die Erreichung von Testzielen sowie Stakeholdermanagement (Software Engineers, Project Managers, Business Analysts),
- Zusammenfassung der Testergebnisse und Berichterstattung an Stakeholder,
- Risikoanalyse und Entwicklung von Risikominimierungsplänen sowie von Plänen zur Risikominimierung.
Meine Kompetenzen:
- Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss in der Studienrichtung (Wirtschafts-) Informatik, (Wirtschafts-)ingenieurwesen, Mathematik, Physik, BWL oder vergleichbarem,
- Mehr als 5 Jahre bewährte Erfahrung in den Bereichen Qualitätssicherung, Qualitätskontrolle und Testen mit mindestens einer ISTQB-Zertifizierung (ISTQB Test Manager) oder einer gleichwertigen Zertifizierung,
- Einschlägige Erfahrung im fachlichen Management und Teambuilding von QS-Spezialisten mit ausgeprägter lateraler Führungsstärke,
- Versierter Umgang mit der Einführung, Koordination und Umsetzung von Testprozessen,
- Kenntnisse von Testautomatisierung und -werkzeugen sowie ausgezeichnete Fähigkeiten in der Fehleridentifikation und -analyse,
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Lösungsorientierung und gutes Stakeholder-Management,
- Sehr gute Deutsch- (C1) sowie Englischkenntnisse (B2).
Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil:
- Expertise in der Nutzung von Application Lifecycle Management Tools (z.B. Microsoft Azure DevOps),
- Erfahrungen in der Anwendung ausgewählter Testkonzepte für Microservice Architekturen.

We are 50Hertz – one of the four transmission system operators (TSO) in Germany. Together with the Belgian electricity grid operator Elia (Brussels), we form the internationally active Elia Group. As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group.
