Als deutscher Übertragungsnetzbetreiber (4ÜNB) ist 50Hertz Teil der kritischen Infrastruktur (KRITIS) Deutschlands. In diesem Rahmen ist 50Hertz verpflichtet ein Information Security Management System zu betreiben und darüber die Informationssicherheit zu definieren, zu steuern, zu kontrollieren, aufrechtzuerhalten und fortlaufend zu verbessern.
Meine Aufgaben:
- Betreuung und Koordination von Gremien und Interessensgemeinschaften (z.B. ENTSO-E, BDEW, deutsche ÜNB), sowie Verfolgung der Gremienarbeit im IT Application Management,
- Vertretung der strategischen Ziele von 50Hertz mit Blick auf grundsätzliche Positionierung und Weiterentwicklung von technischen Lösungen,
- Erarbeitung, Mitgestaltung und Prüfung von Richtlinien, Anweisungen und Kooperationsverträgen,
- Interne Abstimmung übergreifende Zusammenarbeit bei der Vorbereitung von Entscheidungen und Organisation, sowie Moderation von Abstimmungsprozessen,
- Enge Kooperation mit den 50Hertz-Fachbereichen und auf internationaler Ebene in der Elia Group,
- Gestaltung, Auf- & Vorbereitung von Informationen und Fragestellungen,
- Durchführung und Mitarbeit in Projekten,
- Förderung transversalen und kollaborativen Arbeitens an der Schnittstelle der europäischen und deutschen Gremien im IT Application Management.
Meine Kompetenzen:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich (Wirtschafts-) Informatik, (Wirtschafts-) Ingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft oder einer ähnlichen Fachrichtung mit IT- oder energiewirtschaftlichen Bezugspunkten,
- Stark ausgeprägte Networking-Kompetenz,
- Erfahrung im Kontext von Gremienarbeit,
- Generalistisches technisches Verständnis und die Bereitschaft sich in verschiedene Themenfelder einzuarbeiten,
- Erfahrung im IT-Projektmanagement,
- Allgemeine kaufmännische Grundkenntnisse im Rahmen von Einkaufs- und Beschaffungsprozessen,
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office und MS-Project,
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1),
- Bereitschaft für zeitlich-begrenzte Reisetätigkeit.
Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil:
- Energiewirtschaftliche/s Erfahrungen und/oder Knowhow,
- Erfahrung im ÜNB-Kontext.

We are 50Hertz – one of the four transmission system operators (TSO) in Germany. Together with the Belgian electricity grid operator Elia (Brussels), we form the internationally active Elia Group. At 50Hertz, over 2,100 employees ensure that electricity flows over long distances reliably, with minimal loss, and optimally managed.
