Ich verantworte das IT Service Management in der Elia Group und treibe kontinuierliche Verbesserungen voran. Dabei bin ich wichtige Ansprechperson für Stakeholder aus dem Business und der IT.


Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant: Die Elia Group, bestehend aus 50Hertz und Elia, engagiert sich für eine bezahlbare Energiewende bei Sicherstellung der Versorgungssicherheit für 18 Mio. Menschen. Die IT-Division agiert gruppenübergreifend für beide Unternehmen in Deutschland und Belgien und stellt spezifische, maßgeschneiderte digitale Lösungen bereit. Als Spezialist*in für IT Service Management und IT Governance behalte ich den Überblick über diese internationale, sowie hoch-dynamische Organisation und werde zu einer gefragten Ansprechperson.


Meine Aufgaben:

  • Verantwortung für die Implementierung, Optimierung und Verwaltung von IT Service Management (ITSM) Prozessen basierend auf ITIL,
  • Analyse, Gestaltung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung von ITSM-Prozessen,
  • Überwachung und Steuerung des Incident- und Problemmanagements,
  • Leitung des Change-Management-Prozesses,
  • Entwicklung und Überwachung von Service Level Agreements (SLAs) und Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), 
  • Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Stakeholdern,
  • Unterstützung bei IT-Projekten, insbesondere in der Planung und Umsetzung von ITSM-bezogenen Aktivitäten,
  • Schulung und Coaching von Teammitgliedern und anderen Mitarbeiter*innen in ITSM-Prozessen und Best Practices,
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Dokumentationen.


Meine Kompetenzen:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Fachbereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbar,
  • ITIL4 Zertifizierung (idealerweise Foundation oder höher),
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im IT Service Management, idealerweise in der Energiewirtschaft,
  • Sprachen: Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1), sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (C1).

Who are we?

We are 50Hertz – one of the four transmission system operators (TSO) in Germany. Together with the Belgian electricity grid operator Elia (Brussels), we form the internationally active Elia Group. At 50Hertz, over 2,100 employees ensure that electricity flows over long distances reliably, with minimal loss, and optimally managed. As a TSO, we play a central role in the implementation of the energy transition from a technical and economic perspective, acting as a facilitator. Our goal is to integrate 100 percent renewable energy into the grid and system securely and affordably by 2032.

As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.
