Hier unterstütze ich die Bereichsleitung administrativ und inhaltlich bei der Bearbeitung von Projektaufgaben und im Daily Business.  


Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant: 50Hertz engagiert sich seit langem für die Energiewende. Im Department Management Office des Bereichs IT Application Management & Digitaltransformation übernehme ich vielseitige Aufgaben und arbeite der Bereichsleitung sowie Bereichsmitarbeiter*innen organisatorisch, administrativ und inhaltlich zu. Ich bedenke und verantworte die an mich übertragen Aufgaben end-to-end. In diesem Umfeld habe ich zugleich die Chance mein Know-how in der Zusammenarbeit mit Spezialist*innen kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln und eine interne Karriere anzustreben.


Meine Aufgaben


   1. Administration/Organisation im Fachbereich

  • Zentrale Ansprechperson für zeitwirtschaftliche Fragestellungen und Erfassung von Daten,
  • Pflege der Ablage/Dokumentation sowie Management der physischen Postfächer,
  • Anlage von Bestellungen für Beauftragungen und Kleinmaterial,
  • Durchführung des On- und Offboarding-Prozesses für Mitarbeiter*innen.

   2. Unterstützung der Bereichsleitung/Fachgebietsleitung (Führungsteams)

  • Management des elektronischen Postfachs sowie Terminmanagement und Kalenderpflege,
  • Dienstreise-, Reisekosten- und Abrechnungsmanagement,
  • Besucher- und Veranstaltungsmanagement (Workshops, Offsites etc.),
  • Vor- und Nachbearbeitung von Meetings.


   3. Übernahme inhaltlicher Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung des Bereichs bei Aufgaben zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Betriebsablaufs (selbstständiges Erkennen von Prozessschwachstellen und konsequente Nachverfolgung bis zur Lösung),
  • Konzeptionelles Design und Erstellung von Präsentationen,
  • Wahrnehmung von Key-User-Rollen für allgemeine und bereichsspezifische Applikationen (z.B. für SAP HR),
  • Pflege der bereichsbezogenen Inhalte im Intranet,
  • Koordination und inhaltliche  Begleitung/Betreuung von Werkstudent*innen im Bereich,
  • Unterstützung der Bereichsleitung bei Koordination, Planung oder Durchführung von strategischen bereichsbezogenen  Sonderthemen (z.B. Optimierung von Prozessen, Konzeption einer Governance, Veränderung in der Aufbauorganisation, Changemanagement). 


Meine Kompetenzen

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder Studium bzw. einschlägige Erfahrung als Office Manager*in oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle,
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in den eingesetzten SAP-Systemen, z.B. S4/HANA, SAP HCM sowie im Umgang mit dem MS Office Paket,
  • Erste Berufserfahrungen in der Projektarbeit,
  • Bereitschaft, sich in technische Hintergründe einzuarbeiten,
  • Lösungsorientiertes Denken und Handeln, selbstständige Arbeitsweise,
  • Bereitschaft zu kurzer Reisetätigkeit (ca. 10 Tage im Jahr),
  • Bereitschaft zur Ersthelfer-/Brandschutzhelferausbildung,
  • Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Deutsch (Level C1) und Englisch (Level B2).

We are 50Hertz – one of the four transmission system operators (TSO) in Germany. Together with the Belgian electricity grid operator Elia (Brussels), we form the internationally active Elia Group. At 50Hertz, over 2,100 employees ensure that electricity flows over long distances reliably, with minimal loss, and optimally managed. As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.
