Als IT-Multitalent und Kümmerer*in baue ich eine Umgebung auf, die es den 50Hertz-Fachkolleg*innen ermöglicht, eigene Anwendungen zu entwickeln und die digitale Energiewende voranzutreiben.
Das macht den Job für mich interessant: Als 50Hertz sind wir nicht allein, sondern können nur zusammen mit anderen europäischen Übertragungsnetzbetreibern die Herausforderungen der Transformation bewältigen. Dafür braucht es zeitgemäße Tools, sowie Anwendungen, die von der IT bereitgestellt aber auch von den 50Hertz-Fachkolleg*innen entwickelt werden. Dafür gestalte ich eine Umgebung mit einheitlichen Systemen und standardmäßigen Services, um Eigenentwicklungen KRITIS-konform voranzubringen.
An der Schnittstelle zwischen IT und Fachbereich agiere ich als Macher*in und Kümmerer*in, habe ein offenes Ohr für die Anforderungen der Fachkolleg*innen und setze eigene Impulse bei der Weiterentwicklung. Dabei führe ich sämtliche IT-Gewerke zu einer funktionierenden Lösung zusammen. Für meine Lösungen übernehme ich Verantwortung und lebe „Ownership“.
Meine Aufgaben und Verantwortungsbereiche im Überblick:
- Betrieb: IT-Service- und Sicherheitsmanagement (nach ITIL); Gewährleistung einer hohen Betriebssicherheit; Dokumentation; Steuerung von Dienstleistern,
- Projekte: Management und Koordination von IT-Projekten; Einbindung, Management und Steuerung der beteiligten Stakeholder (interne Kunden, externe Partner, Entwicklungsteams),
- Transversale Aufgaben: Beratung der Fachabteilungen und aktives Anforderungsmanagement; Qualitätsmanagement; Übergreifende Zusammenarbeit mit anderen IT-Teams; Teilnahme an (internationalen) Gremien,
- Weiterentwicklung: Explorative und konzeptionelle Arbeit inkl. PoCs, Marktrecherchen und IT-übergreifende Zusammenarbeit.
- 50Hertz betreibt kritische Infrastruktur und die entsprechenden Applikationen müssen daher hochverfügbar sein. Daher bin ich bereit, an der IT-Rufbereitschaft (remote) teilzunehmen. Das umfasst ca. 2 Wochen pro Jahr, in denen ich bei ad-hoc Problemen erreichbar bin und Lösungen koordiniere.
Mein Profil:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einer anderen vergleichbaren IT-bezogenen Fachrichtung,
- Mehrjährige, ausgeprägte Erfahrungen in Planung, Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung von
- Kommunikationsstandards und -konzepten,
- Kenntnisse im Bereich Verschlüsselungsstandards, gängiger infrastruktureller Konzepte,
- ITIL-basiertes Servicemanagement,
- Erfahrung in der IT-Providersteuerung, dem IT-Monitoring und IT-Operations-Management,
- Allgemeine kaufmännische Grundkenntnisse für Einkaufs- und Beschaffungsprozesse,
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office und MS-Project,
- Allgemeine Kenntnisse und Verständnis von diversen IT-Bereichen (Infrastruktur, Entwicklung, Security etc.),
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1).
Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil:
- Erfahrungen in Netzwerkinfrastrukturen und Netzwerkstandards machen meine Bewerbung für uns zusätzlich interessant,
- Kenntnisse in Kommunikationstechnologien wie AS4, SFTP, E-Mail, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, Kafka,
- Energiewirtschaftliche/s Erfahrungen und/oder Knowhow im KRITIS-Umfeld,
- Allgemeine kaufmännische Grundkenntnisse für Einkaufs- und Beschaffungsprozesse wünschenswert.

We are 50Hertz – one of the four transmission system operators (TSO) in Germany. Together with the Belgian electricity grid operator Elia (Brussels), we form the internationally active Elia Group. At 50Hertz, over 2,100 employees ensure that electricity flows over long distances reliably, with minimal loss, and optimally managed. As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas.
