Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant: 50Hertz engagiert sich seit langem für die Energiewende. Als Product Owner (w/m/d) für IT Collaboration & Digital Workplace gestalteich die digitale Arbeitsumgebung von morgen – für tausende Mitarbeiter*innen in einem international vernetzten Umfeld. Ich verantworte die Weiterentwicklung moderner Collaboration-Plattformen (Microsoft 365, Teams, Exchange) und sorge dafür, dass unsere Arbeitswelt effizient, intuitiv und zukunftssicher bleibt.
Meine Aufgaben:
- Verantwortung für Produktvision, Roadmap und Backlog im Bereich Digital Workplace Collaboration,
- Übersetzung von Business-Anforderungen in konkrete Produktanforderungen (User Stories) ,
- Steuerung eines Scrum-Teams (Agile / Scrum / Kanban),
- Priorisierung von Features und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Plattformen (M365, Teams etc.),
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Stakeholdern, UX/UI, IT und anderen Product Ownern,
- Sicherstellung von Stabilität, Performance und Support (2nd Level),
- Analyse von Nutzerfeedback, Incidents und Markttrends zur Optimierung des Produkts,
- Aufbau einer modernen digitalen Arbeitsumgebung (Digital Workplace),
- Mitwirkung bei Ausschreibungen und Vendor Management,
- Sicherstellung von Knowledge Transfer und Supportstrukturen.
Meine Kompetenzen:
- Abgeschlossenes Masterstudium in Informatik, Wirtschaft, Engineering oder vergleichbar,
- Erfahrung als Product Owner / Product Manager im IT-Umfeld,
- Praxis mit Microsoft 365, Teams, Azure, Intune, Collaboration Tools,
- Erfahrung mit agilen Methoden (Scrum, Kanban) und mit Tools wie JIRA, Miro, Retrium oder ähnlichen,
- Starke Kommunikations- und Stakeholder-Management-Skills,
- Hands-on-Mentalität und hohe Problemlösungskompetenz,
- Reisebereitschaft für gelegentliche Abstimmungen in Brüssel (Elia Group),
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (C1), gute Deutschkenntnisse (B2).
Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil:
- Französisch-, Niederländisch-Kenntnisse.

As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.
