Ich bringe meine Expertise in Marktkommunikation und Energiedatenmanagement in Projekte ein, entwickle Systemlandschaften und Fachprozesse und unterstütze Teams als fachlicher Sparringspartner.
Das macht den Job für mich interessant: Als Referent*in Marktkommunikation und Energiedatenmanagement gestalte ich zentrale Prozesse des deutschen Energiemarktes aktiv mit. Mein Fachwissen bringe ich in die Weiterentwicklung regulatorischer Marktprozesse sowie in den Aufbau, die Einführung und den Betrieb branchenweiter Plattformlösungen wie dem MaBiS-Hub ein. Dabei verantworte ich die fachliche Ausgestaltung und Qualitätssicherung von Anforderungen und Prozessen sowohl in bestehenden als auch neuen Systemlandschaften.
Meine Aufgaben:
- Überwachung von Prozessabläufen, Daten und Fristen zur Sicherstellung regelkonformer Marktprozesse (GPKE, MaBiS, WiM),
- Bearbeitung von Anfragen von Kunden und Behörden,
- Analyse von Prozesskennzahlen und Erstellung aussagekräftiger Reportings,
- Erkennen von Incidents, Analyse und Identifikation der Ursachen von Abweichungen,
- Ableiten entsprechender Maßnahmen zur Problemlösung oder Optimierung,
- Definieren von Use Cases und Akzeptanzkriterien und Sicherstellung deren erfolgreicher Umsetzung,
- Validierung von Spezifikationen,
- Arbeit in interdisziplinären Teams bestehend aus Fachbereich, IT und externen Partnern,
- Bereitstellung von fachlichem Prozess-, Daten- und Schnittstellenwissen sowie Dokumentation von Standards und Entscheidungslogiken.
Meine Kompetenzen:
- Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (z. B. in der Fachrichtung Mathematik, Informationstechnik, Wirtschaft, Ingenieurwesen, Energietechnik),
- Kenntnisse der Marktkommunikations-, Bilanzierungs- und Energiedatenprozesse im deutschen Energiemarkt (insbesondere MaBiS, GPKE und WiM),
- Erfahrungen als Key User*in oder Applikationsmanager*in von energiewirtschaftlichen Anwendungen (CRM-, EDM- und Abrechnungssystemen),
- Erfahrungen in Datenanalyse, Prozessanalyse, agile Produktentwicklung, Qualitätsmanagement, Incident- und Changemanagement und Mitwirkung in IT-Projekten,
- Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung, Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten,
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (jeweils C1).
Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil:
- Kenntnisse im Requirements Engineering (Azure DevOps, Jira, etc.),
- Modellierungssprache (UML, BPMN oder C4) und UX-Design,
- Anwendungserfahrung in Open-Source-Programmiersprachen wie Java, Python oder R und Robotic Process Automation (RPA) sowie Datenbankabfragen mit SQL,
- Verständnis für Anforderungen zur Sicherstellung der Revisions- und Datensicherheit der Prozesse und eingesetzten Lösungen wie nach GoB, GoDV, DSGVO, GNDEW.

As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe.
