Als Product Owner kann ich im Team „Forecasting“ aktiv die Digitalisierung der Energiewende vorantreiben.
Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant: 50Hertz entwickelt das Next Generation Control Center Ecosystem (MCCS), um die Anforderungen an die Digitalisierung der Energiewende zu erfüllen. Im Team „Forecasting" werden Prognosetools entwickelt, betrieben und kontinuierlich weiterentwickelt, die den Einsatz von Prognosedaten in der Systemführung optimieren. Als Product Owner (w/m/d) leite ich das Product-Team fachlich an. Diese Tätigkeit kann ich in Berlin oder alternativ in Neuenhagen bei Berlin ausüben.
Meine Aufgaben
- Gestaltung bzw. Weiterentwicklung der Vision und Roadmap des Produktes Forecasting zur Verbesserung der Zuverlässigkeit und Effizienz in der Systemführung,
- Gemeinsam im Team trage ich die Verantwortung für die Weiterentwicklung und den Betrieb (You build it, you run it) der Software,
- Verantwortlichkeit für das Backlog, das Erstellen von User Stories, die Abstimmung mit anderen Teams und der Präsentation in Sprint Reviews gemeinsam mit dem Team,
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Entwickler*innen, Data Engineers, Architekt*innen und Fachexpert*innen
- Kommunikationsschnittstelle zwischen den Entwicklern*innen und Stakeholdern,
- Erstellung, Abstimmung und Pflege von Roadmaps, Release-Plänen sowie der Betriebsplanung des entwickelten Produkts.
Meine Kompetenzen
- Abgeschlossenes Master- oder Diplomstudium in Ingenieurswissenschaften, Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Data Science, Complex Systems, Elektrotechnik oder Physik,
- Erfahrung als Product Owner oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle,
- Ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse in agilen Methoden, insbesondere Scrum,
- Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Software für technische Anwendungen, idealerweise im Bereich Stromnetze,
- Kenntnisse im Bereich Leistungsprognosen vor erneuerbaren Energien und deren Einsatz in der Systemführung sind von Vorteil,
- Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch (C1) und Englisch (B2).
Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil
- Schulungen / Zertifikate zu SCRUM und / oder SAFe.

Behind the Scenes
As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.
