Hier übernehme ich die Verantwortung für die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung des AI-Governance Frameworks.
Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant: 50Hertz engagiert sich seit langem für die Energiewende. Im Bereich Central AI kann ich als AI Governance Specialist die Definition und Operationalisierung von unternehmensweiten Rahmenwerken und Richtlinien vorantreiben und so die sichere und regelkonforme Nutzung von KI ermöglichen. In diesem Umfeld habe ich zugleich die Chance mein Know-how in der Zusammenarbeit mit Spezialist*innen kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln.
Meine Aufgaben:
- Definition, Implementierung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung des konzernweiten AI- Governance-Frameworks, einschließlich Richtlinien, Rollen und Kontrollmechanismen,
- Sicherstellung der organisatorischen Compliance mit dem EU AI Act sowie weiteren relevanten regulatorischen Anforderungen,
- Steuerung und Unterstützung der Implementierung des ISO-42001-Standards für KI- Managementsysteme,
- Aufbau und Betrieb eines umfassenden KI-Managementsystems über den gesamten KI- Lebenszyklus hinweg,
- Pflege eines zentralen Verzeichnisses aller KI-Systeme zur Sicherstellung von Transparenz und Nachvollziehbarkeit,
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit AI Safety Experts zur Verankerung wirksamer Risikokontrollen in den Governance-Strukturen (z. B. ethischer KI-Einsatz, Data Governance, Modelllebenszyklus-Management, KI-generierte Inhalte),
- Leitung der Entwicklung von AI-Playbooks und Referenzarchitekturen in Zusammenarbeit mit Engineering-, ML- und Data-Teams sowie mit zentralen Stakeholdern aus den Bereichen Legal und Compliance,
- Förderung und Vorantreiben einer regelkonformen, verantwortungsvollen und skalierbaren KI-Nutzung innerhalb der Organisation.
Meine Kompetenzen:
- Abgeschlossenes Masterstudium in IT, Betriebswirtschaft, Ingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation,
- Fundierter Hintergrund in Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC),
- Erfahrung mit unternehmensweiten Governance-Frameworks oder Data Governance,
- Gutes Verständnis von KI-Technologien und des gesamten KI-Lebenszyklus,
- Kenntnisse relevanter regulatorischer Rahmenwerke (EU AI Act, Datenschutz, ISO - Standards),
- Erfahrung in der Gestaltung praxisnaher Governance-Prozesse in komplexen Unternehmensumfeldern,
- Ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten im Stakeholder-Management sowie in der Kommunikation,
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (C1) und gute Deutschkenntnisse (B2).
Kein Muss aber von Vorteil:
- Verständnis von kritischer Infrastruktur, Energiesystemen, OT -Umgebungen oder regulierten Branchen.

As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.
