Hier übernehme ich eine zentrale Rolle im Aufbau und Betrieb von digitalen Services für Infrastructure Design & Construction von 50Hertz.
Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant: Als Service Owner Digitalisierung Infrastruktur Projekte verantworte ich die Bereitstellung, Weiterentwicklung und den stabilen Betrieb zentraler digitaler Services für die Domäne Infrastructure Design & Construction. Die Services unterstützen Planung, Umsetzung und Betrieb komplexer Infrastrukturprojekte.
Meine Aufgaben:
- End-to-End-Verantwortung für digitale Services als zentrale Ansprechperson für Bau- und Asset-Projekte,
- Konzeption, Aufbau und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung digitaler Applikationen,
- Sicherstellung eines stabilen, sicheren und SLA-konformen Betriebs inkl. nachhaltigem Supportmodell,
- Wahrnehmung der Service-Owner-Rolle (ITIL) inkl. Definition von KPIs, Qualitätsstandards, Roadmap und Budget,
- Aufnahme, Priorisierung und Umsetzung fachlicher Anforderungen in enger Abstimmung mit Fachbereichen, IT und Partner*innen,
- Verantwortung für die Integration und Weiterentwicklung der Applikations- und Systemlandschaft sowie Förderung
von Standardisierung, Transparenz und Skalierbarkeit, - Steuerung externer Dienstleister und Softwareanbieter inkl. klarer Governance und kontinuierlicher Optimierung.
Meine Kompetenzen:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Ingenieurwissenschaften oder
vergleichbare Qualifikation, - Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Service Owner, Produktverantwortliche*r, IT Application Manager, IT Project Manager*in
oder in vergleichbarer Rolle, - Erfahrung im Aufbau und Betrieb komplexer Plattform- oder Applikationslandschaften,
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im IT-Service-Management (ITIL),
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (C1).
Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil:
- Erfahrung im Umfeld von Bau-, Infrastruktur- oder Asset-Projekten,
- Erfahrung mit agilen Methoden (Scrum, Kanban),
- Kenntnisse moderner Projektmanagement- und Kollaborationstools.

As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.
