Hier übernehme ich eine zentrale Rolle im Aufbau und Betrieb der Abrechnungsplattform von 50Hertz.
Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant: 50Hertz treibt die Energiewende voran und übernimmt dabei eine zentrale Rolle in der sicheren Integration erneuerbarer Energien. Als Service Owner der Abrechnungsplattform übernehme ich die End‑to‑End‑Verantwortung und sorge dafür, dass das System langfristig zuverlässig, skalierbar und anschlussfähig bleibt – trotz steigender regulatorischer Anforderungen, wachsender Datenmengen und zunehmender Digitalisierung der Energiewirtschaft.
Meine Aufgaben:
- End‑to‑End‑Verantwortung (Konzeption, Aufbau und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung) für die zentrale Abrechnungs‑ und Vertragsplattform von 50Hertz,
- Sicherstellung eines stabilen, sicheren und SLA‑konformen Plattformbetriebs,
- Wahrnehmung der Service‑Owner‑Rolle inkl. Definition von Servicezielen, KPIs, Roadmap und Budget
- Aufnahme und Steuerung fachlicher Anforderungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen, IT und Partnern,
- Übersetzung fachlicher Anforderungen in tragfähige technische und organisatorische Lösungen,
- Aufbau und fachliche Führung eines Serviceteams für Weiterentwicklung und Betrieb,
- Steuerung externer Dienstleister sowie Etablierung klarer Rollen, Verantwortlichkeiten und Qualitätsstandards.
Meine Kompetenzen:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Ingenieurwissenschaften oder vergleichbare Qualifikation,
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Service Owner, Produktverantwortlicher oder in vergleichbarer Rolle (IT Application Manager, IT Projekt Manager, IT Consultant),
- Erfahrung im Aufbau und Betrieb komplexer Plattform- oder Applikationslandschaften,
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im IT-Service-Management (ITIL),
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (jeweils min. C1).
Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil:
- Erfahrung im Umfeld von Abrechnungssystemen, Umlagesystemen, Vertragsmanagement,
- Erfahrung mit agilen Methoden (Scrum, Kanban),
- Erfahrung im Aufbau von agil arbeitenden Fachteams.
Diese Stelle ist auf zwei Jahre befristet.

As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.
