Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant: Die Elia-Gruppe betreibt IT-Infrastrukturen an hunderten Standorten in Belgien und Deutschland – von Rechenzentren über Bürostandorte und Umspannwerke bis hin zu Offshore-Plattformen und Cloud-Providern. Dabei besteht ein wichtiger Teil unserer Investition in der ständigen Weiterentwicklung und Erweiterung unserer Nachrichtentechnik, auch mit Richtfunk- und Satellitenverbindungen - bereitgestellt und betrieben von erfahrenen und motivierten Netzwerkbegeisterten!
Meine Aufgaben:
- Durchführung aller Planungs-, Konfigurations-, und Netzintegrationsaufgaben einschließlich der Qualitätssteuerung zur Sicherstellung der geforderten Eigenschaften,
- Erarbeiten von Low-Level Designs,
- Mitarbeit bei Anforderungsermittlung, Risikoanalyse und Kommunikationsmatrix,
- Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung von Betriebskonzepten,
- Erstellung und Anpassung der notwendigen Dokumentationen,
- Know-how-Transfer zu den Operation Engineers, Unterstützung bei betrieblichen Aufgaben und Sonderkonfigurationen,
- Anwendung der Standards und technischen Richtlinien der EliaGroup zu Netzwerkinfrastruktur, IT-Security, zentralen Diensten und Monitoring,
- Anforderungsgerechte Weiterentwicklung durch Schulungen,
- Teilnahme am Bereitschaftsdienst.
Meine Kompetenzen:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Berufsausbildung im Bereich Informatik oder Nachrichtentechnik oder eine anderweitig nachweisbare Qualifikation,
- Nachweisbare Kenntnisse in der Planung, Konfiguration und Integration von Architekturen und Technologien der Nachrichtentechniken wie DWDM / MPLS-TP / TDM / Richtfunk,
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Enterprise-Umgebungen (Carrier-/Serviceprovider-Umfeld), in denen Verfügbarkeit, Sicherheit und Detailgenauigkeit von großer Bedeutung waren,
- Hohe Eigenmotivation, Verantwortungsübernahme und selbständige Arbeitsweise,
- Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch (C1-Niveau) und Englisch (B2-Niveau).
Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil:
- Spezifische Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen im Einsatz und Umgang mit den Plattformen der Ericsson, Nokia, Adtrans, Ribbon, Bosch u. a.,
- Nachweisbare Kenntnisse der Standard-Netzwerktechnologien (bspw. TCP/IP).

As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.
