Ich unterstütze den Aufbau eines neuen Fachgebiets für Operative Qualitätssicherung im Umfeld technisch komplexer Projekte, indem ich digitale Lösungen und die Standardisierung von Qualitätssicherungsansätzen einbringe.
Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant: Netzausbau bei 50Hertz bedeutet kilometerlange Freileitungen und Kabeltrassen sowie Umspannwerke und Sonderanlagen im Übertragungsnetz zu errichten. Im Kompetenzbereich Technische Planung & Realisierung wird die Expertise rund um die Bautechnik und Elektrotechnik gebündelt. Wir verantworten die Bearbeitung technischer Fragestellungen in den verschiedensten Investitionsprojekten von 50Hertz und fokussieren uns auf den bestmöglichen Input unserer Fachexpertise - von der Planung bis hin zur Inbetriebnahme der vielen technisch hochkomplexen Projekte. Wir stehen für fachliche Exzellenz mit dem stetigen Augenmerk auf Beschleunigung und einer gemeinsamen für 50Hertz optimalen Lösung. Dazu wollen wir unsere Qualität sichern und steigern und bauen daher ein neues Fachgebiet für Operative Qualitätssicherung auf. In dieser Position kann ich meine Erfahrungen aus dem Qualitätswesen, meine Organisationsfähigkeit sowie meine ‚Fähigkeit, Prozesse zu digitalisieren für das Stromnetz der Zukunft einbringen. Ich wirke engagiert an der Standardisierung von Qualitätssicherungsmaßnahmen mit und gestalte fachliche Themen im engen Austausch mit meinen Teamkolleg*innen.
Meine Aufgaben:
- Ich wirke maßgeblich am Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung der operativen Qualitätssicherung mit und bringe meine fachliche Expertise in die Ausrichtung an den Unternehmensbedarfen ein,
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Teams des Kompetenzzentrums Technische Planung und Realisierung sowie den Schnittstellenbereichen aus 50Hertz zusammen und Förderung des fachlichen Austauschs,
- Konzeption, Planung und Steuerung komplexer Audits sowie Qualitätsprüfungen bei Herstellern und Dienstleistern und
- Begleitung dieser bis zur nachhaltigen Umsetzung von Maßnahmen gemeinsam mit den Projektverantwortlichen und technischen Fachexpert*innen,
- Ich treibe die Weiterentwicklung von Methoden und Prozessen im Bereich Audits, Inspektionen und Abnahmen aktiv voran.
- Darüber hinaus wirke ich an der Digitalisierung von Prozessschritten mit und beteilige mich an der Konzeption sowie
- Implementierung von IT-Lösungen für die Qualitätssicherung, insbesondere in Form von Datenbanken und Dashboards,
- Fortlaufend identifiziere ich Verbesserungspotenziale im Qualitätsmanagement und treibe deren Umsetzung gemeinsam mit den relevanten Schnittstellen voran.
Meine Kompetenzen:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Masterstudium eines ingenieur- oder naturwissenschaftlichen Studiengangs (beispielsweise Elektrotechnik / Energietechnik, Mechatronik, Maschinenbau, Verfahrenstechnik,) oder eines wirtschaftlichen Studiums mit technischer Ausrichtung (Wirtschaftsingenieurswesen, MBA, Prozessmanagement, Qualitätsmanagement / Quality Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Wirtschaftsinformatik),
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung (mindestens 5 Jahre) in der Planung und Durchführung von Audits, Inspektionen und Abnahmen,
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Gestaltung von Datenbanken sowie in der Entwicklung nutzerorientierter Dashboards zur Visualisierung und Analyse von Daten,
- Fundierte Kenntnisse der relevanten Normen und Regelwerke im Aufgabenbereich,
- Fahrerlaubnis und die Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen,
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (mind. B2) in Wort und Schrift.
Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil:
• Grundkenntnisse der wirtschaftlichen, technischen und rechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen der Energiewirtschaft,
• Erfahrung in bereichsübergreifender Zusammenarbeit oder in komplexen Projektumfeldern.

As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe.
