Unterstützen Sie uns als wichtiges Mitglied im Team Einkauf bei der Realisierung von Beschaffungsprojekten in Millionenhöhe für etwa 200 Warengruppen und gestalten Sie dabei die Energiewende aktiv mit.
Das macht den Job interessant: Bei dieser Stelle erhalten Sie umfangreiche Kenntnisse im SAP S4Hana und unterstützen die Fachbereiche bei der Umsetzung unsere Investitionsprojekte im Rahmen der Energiewende. Sie arbeiten in einem internationalen Team zusammen und erhalten dabei tiefgreifende Einblicke in die prozessualen Zusammenhänge, sowie in die vor- und nachgelagerten Schnittstellen innerhalb des Unternehmens, die am Beschaffungsprozess beteiligt sind. Dabei nutzen Sie State-of-the Art Arbeitsmittel mit einem hohem Automatisierungsgrad und erfahren tiefgründige Einblicke in das SAP S4/Hana und das Ariba SAP Business Network (Lieferantenportal) und erlangen so in kurzer Zeit Spezialist*innenkenntnisse.
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Erstellung bzw. zeitnahe Änderung aller Bestellungen und Rahmenverträge innerhalb des zugewiesenen Verantwortungsbereichs in SAP S4/Hana, hierbei nutzen Sie Ihr analytisches Denkvermögen, Organisationstalent, Ihre hohe Detailaffinität und Ihr unternehmerisches Denken,
- Durchführung, Prüfung und Kontrolle von Rahmenvertragsabrufen inkl. Überwachung und Verfolgung der Zielwerte,
- Erste Anlaufstelle für Lieferantenfragen,
- Überwachung von Vertragsterminen, Vertragsstrafen etc., sowie Klärung von Vertragsstörungen,
- Mitarbeit bei Prozessoptimierungen im Rahmen von SAP S4/Hana,
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Fachabteilungen auch in Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen innerhalb des Einkaufs, hierbei setzen Sie Ihre ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Ihr Interesse an technischen sowie betriebswirtschaftlichen Sachverhalten ein,
- Unterstützung der operativen Beschaffung bei anderen Warengruppen (z. B. als Urlaubsvertretung, bei Kapazitätsengpässen etc.).
Ihr Kompetenzprofil
- Abgeschlossene betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung (z.B. Kauffachkraft Einkauf),
- Kenntnisse von SAP/ERP Modul MM und Beherrschung der gängigen MS-Office-Programme (Word, Excel, Powerpoint),
- verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (C1) und Englischkenntnisse (B2).
Idealerweise bringen Sie zusätzlich mit:
- Erfahrung im technischen Einkauf (Bauleistungen, Freileitungsmontagen, Großgeräte, usw.),
- Erfahrung mit SAP Ariba Business Network und SAP S4/Hana.

As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe.
