Um die Auswirkungen der Energiewende auf das dynamische Verhalten des Stromsystems zu verstehen, führen Sie gemeinsam mit Ihren Teamkolleg*innen Stabilitäts- und Systemanalysen durch und entwickeln die angewandten Methoden kontinuierlich weiter. Mit diesen Analysen liefern Sie einen wichtigen Beitrag für die Entwicklung des Übertragungsnetzes und die Definition von Anforderungen an Netzkunden – sodass auch in einem vollständig CO2-freien und umrichterdominierten Stromsystem weiterhin ein stabiler und sicherer Systembetrieb auf effiziente Art ermöglicht wird.
Wachsen Sie an den Aufgaben der Energiewende und werden Sie Spezialist*in für die dynamischen Zusammenhänge im Übertragungsnetz. Ihr Erfolg hängt dabei wesentlich von Ihrer Eigeninitiative und Motivation ab, in komplexe Sachverhalte vorzudringen und diese sowohl intern als auch extern verständlich kommunizieren zu können. Diese Position gibt Ihnen die Gelegenheit, wertvolle Erfahrung in der fachlichen Führung komplexer Projekte zu sammeln.
Ihre Aufgaben im Einzelnen:
- Bestimmung der zukünftigen Anforderungen an das Übertragungsnetz im Sinne der Systemstabilität und Dimensionierung von stabilisierenden Begleitmaßnahmen,
Vertretung von 50Hertz in Gremien und Forschungsvorhaben, - Selbstständiges Initiieren, Konzipieren und Koordinieren von Studien und Sonderprojekten (z.B. mit Fokus auf Spannungsstabilitätsanalysen, Netzanschlussregeln),
- Selbstständiges Durchführen von stationären Berechnungen und dynamischen Simulationen (insbesondere im RMS-Bereich),
- Weiterentwicklung sowie Validierung der Modell- und Tool-Landschaft (z.B. mit PowerFactory in Verbindung mit Python) im Rahmen interner, nationaler und internationaler Prozesse (z.B. Systemstabilitätsbericht, Bedarfsanalysen).
Ihr Kompetenzprofil:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik oder des Wirtschaftsingenieurswesens,
- Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten und ausgeprägtes Verständnis für elektrische Energiesysteme,
- Ausgeprägte Kenntnisse in Theorie und dynamischer Simulation von elektrischen Netzen und leistungselektronischen Anlagen (EMT und / oder RMS-Analysen),
- Versierte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Office und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich aufzubereiten,
- Programmierkenntnisse (z.B. in Python),
- Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift (mindestens eine der Sprachen auf Niveaustufe C1).
Idealerweise bringen Sie zusätzlich mit:
- Vertiefte Kenntnisse im Umgang mit DIgSILENT PowerFactory,
- Erfahrungen in der Modellierung von Erzeugungsanlagen und Lasten für dynamische Simulationen,
- Vertiefte Programmierkenntnisse,
- Projektmanagementkenntnisse und die Bereitschaft Verantwortung zu übernehmen,
- Eine Promotion zu einem relevanten Thema.

We are 50Hertz – one of the four transmission system operators (TSO) in Germany. Together with the Belgian electricity grid operator Elia (Brussels), we form the internationally active Elia Group. At 50Hertz, over 2,100 employees ensure that electricity flows over long distances reliably, with minimal loss, and optimally managed.
