Meine Aufgabe umfasst die zentrale Steuerung, Weiterentwicklung und Qualitätssicherung der Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen für Freileitungen.
Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant: Bei 50Hertz gestalte ich aktiv die Energiewende mit und entwickleinnovative Lösungen für den Freileitungsbetrieb. Ich steuere und optimiereInstandhaltungsmaßnahmen zentral und arbeite dabei an der Schnittstelle von Technik, Digitalisierung und Prozessinnovation – immer mit dem Ziel, die Infrastruktur der Zukunft sicherer, effizienter und klimafreundlicher zu machen.
Meine Aufgaben
- Zentrale Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung der Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen für Freileitungen, inklusive Qualitätssicherung und Integration in das SAP-System,
- Entwicklung bedarfsgerechter und kosteneffizienter Instandhaltungsstrategien, unter Berücksichtigung technischer Innovationen und Markttrends,
- Mitgestaltung digitaler Werkzeuge (z. B. Apps) zur Bewertung von Instandhaltungsergebnissen, durch technische Vorgaben und enge Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklungsteams,
- Optimierung von Prozessen und Ressourcen im Freileitungsbetrieb, inklusive Analyse von Eigen- vs. Fremdleistungen und Förderung von Kosten- und
Maßnahmentransparenz, - Technische Verantwortung für Dienstleisterverträge, inklusive Ausschreibung, Steuerung und fachlicher Anleitung sowie Vertretung des Netzbetriebs in internen und externen Gremien.
Meine Kompetenzen
- Abgeschlossenes Studium (Master/Diplom) im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Bautechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation,
- Analytisches Denkvermögen, Innovationsfreude und Kommunikationsstärke für die Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Partnern,
- Erfahrung in der Instandhaltung technischer Anlagen sowie in der Prozess- und Ressourcenoptimierung,
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und idealerweise SAP PM,
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (mind. B2).
Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil
- Mehrjährige Erfahrungen im Instandhaltungsmanagement an Netzanlagen,
- Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement als Projektleiter,
- Sicherer Umgang mit SAP PM.

As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas.
