Die Aufgabe umfasst die zentrale Steuerung, Weiterentwicklung und Qualitätssicherung der Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen für bauliche Anlagen.
Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant: Bei 50Hertz gestalte ich aktiv die Energiewende mit und entwickle innovative Lösungen für den Betrieb baulicher Anlagen in Umspannwerken, Freileitungen und Kabelsystemen. Ich steuere und optimiere Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen zentral und arbeite dabei an der Schnittstelle von Technik, Digitalisierung und Prozessinnovation.
Meine Aufgaben
- Zentrale Ansprechpartner*in im Netzbetrieb für bauliche Anlagen,
- Abbildung der Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen im SAP-Umfeld, inkl. Auswertung der dokumentierten Ergebnisse aus den umgesetzten IH-Maßnahmen,
- Technische Verantwortung für die Ausschreibung und Verwaltung von Dienstleisterverträgen zur Umsetzung der Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen,
- Vertretung der Interessen des Netzbetriebs in internen und externen Gremien und damit verbundener Wahrnehmung gelegentlicher Dienstreisen,
- Sondierung technisch innovativer Instandhaltungslösungen am Markt (Hersteller*innen, Servicedienstleister*innen, Universitäten) zur Weiterentwicklung bedarfsgerechter und kosteneffizienter
- Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen.
Meine Kompetenzen
- Abgeschlossenes Studium (Abschluss Master/ Diplom) der Fachrichtung Elektrotechnik, Bautechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation,
- Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Betonbau/ Betoninstandsetzung, Stahlbau, Technische Gebäudeausstattung, baulicher Brandschutz und Tiefbau,
- Durchsetzungsfähigkeit auch gegenüber höheren Hierarchieebenen,
- Zielgruppengerechte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und sicherer Umgang mit MS Office,
- Sehr gute Deutsch- (C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B2).
Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil:
- Erfahrungen in der Projektumsetzung mit BIM-Systemen,
- Erfahrungen im SAP-Umfeld, insb. SAP-PM,
- Erfahrungen als Betriebsingenieur*in bei Betreibern von Infrastrukturanlagen.
