Der Asset-Bereich nimmt die Rolle des Asset-Owners wahr und schafft über ein strukturiertes, strategisches Asset Management die Voraussetzungen, Grundlagen und Standards für einen nachhaltigen Netzbetrieb.
Mit deinem Team schaffst du mit einem Projektaufsatz die Voraussetzungen für erfolgreiche Projekte und begleitest die technische Umsetzung aus der Perspektive des Asset Owners. Dabei treibst du das systemische Verständnis sowie die digitale Transformation des Teams voran und steigerst mit einer stärkeren Durchgängigkeit von Prozessen und Daten höhere Transparenz sowie Effizienz. Die erforderlichen Maßnahmen wirst Du mit Deinem erfolgreichen Stakeholdermanagement gemeinsam mit den in- und externen Partnerbereichen herausarbeiten und vertreten.
Deine Aufgaben im Detail:
- Disziplinarische und fachliche Führung des Teams,
- Optimieren der Prozesse und Schnittstellen,
- Steuerung der Abwicklung der Vorprojektphasen für alle Assetprojekte bei 50Hertz (Budget, Zeit, Qualität),
- Begleitung der technischen Umsetzung von Projekten und Netzanschlüssen:
- Verantwortung für die Erstellung des Grobsteckbriefs als Ergebnis der Vorprojektphase,
- Prüfung der Detailplanung und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung technischer Anforderungen,
- Einbringen systemischen Verständnisses,
- Koordination interner und externer Partner,
- Stakeholder- und Gremienmanagement,
- Gewährleistung der Qualität technischer Standards,
- Entwicklung von technischen Konzepten, Grundsätzen und Richtlinien für die Projektierung und Errichtung der Anlagen,
- Formulieren der Standortstrategie für Anlagen im Kurz-, Mittel- und Langfristbereich,
- Erarbeiten und Umsetzen der Digitalisierungsstrategie für das Team,
- Verankerung der Systemperspektive im Team.
Erforderliche Fähigkeiten und Erfahrungen:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Elektrotechnik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Ingenieurwesen oder in einer vergleichbaren Studienrichtung,
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Führung von Teams,
- Erfahrung in der Infrastruktur bzw. Energiewirtschaft, insbesondere im Bereich Netzausbau oder Netzbetrieb,
- Kenntnisse in der Planung und Umsetzung von Infrastrukturprojekten im Hochspannungsbereich,
- Vertrautheit mit regulatorischen Rahmenbedingungen und technischen Normen der Energiebranche,
- Sicherer Umgang mit Planungs- und Projektmanagementtools (z. B. MS Project, SAP, GIS)
- Erfahrung mit Transformationsprojekten bzw. Change,
- Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und ein aufgeschlossenes, chancenorientiertes Mindset,
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1).

As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.

Asset Management: This involves developing the principles and guidelines required to handle the construction-related challenges that arise throughout the organisation.
Projects, cables, substations, and offshore: These divisions carry out all renovation and new build projects in our main areas of construction such as overhead power lines and cable traverses, substations, and switchgear, as well as offshore construction.
Grid operation: Here the status of our installations and structures is monitored, necessary actions are identified, and maintenance projects are initiated and implemented.
