Hier übernehme ich Verantwortung für die Erschließung von Offshore-Windenergie und bringe so die Energiewende entschieden voran.
Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant: 50Hertz engagiert sich seit langem für die Energiewende. Im Offshore-Großprojekt leite und steuere ich in dieser Rolle unmittelbar die technische Planung und Realisierung für den vollen Umfang des Programms. In der Zusammenarbeit mit Spezialist*innen stelle ich so die erfolgreiche Anbindung von Offshore-Windparks an das Stromnetz sicher und kann mich gleichzeitig in einem dynamischen Umfeld kontinuierlich weiterentwickeln.
Meine Aufgaben
- Im Führungsduo mit der Programmleitung übernehme ich die Gesamtverantwortung für die technische Planung, Realisierung und Inbetriebnahme des Programms, bestehend aus den (Teil-) Projekten Offshore-Konverterplattformen, See- und Landkabel,
- In meiner Rolle verantworte ich die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung der (Teil-) Projektleitungen,
- Ich koordiniere die übergreifende Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung mit anderen technischen Unternehmensbereichen wie der Netzplanung, dem Asset Management, dem Netzbetrieb und der Systemführung und vertrete das Programm gegenüber externen Lieferanten, Partnern und sonstigen Stakeholdern,
- Ich steuere und überwache die wesentlichen Beschaffungsvorgänge der (Teil-)Projekte, insbesondere die Erstellung technischer Spezifikationen, Vergabe und Verhandlungen von Verträgen und Nachträgen.
Meine Kompetenzen
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Elektrotechnik, Maschinenbau, Bauwesen o.ä.,
- Umfangreiche Erfahrungen in der Steuerung von größeren Bauprojekten, davon mind. 5 Jahre als Projektleiter*in,
- Mehrjährige Erfahrungen in der Führung technischer Teams,
- Mehrjährige Erfahrungen in der Verhandlung mit Herstellern und Lieferanten sowie im Bereich Arbeitssicherheit,
- Sprachkompetenzen: fließende Englischkenntnisse (C1) und mind. Grundkenntnisse Deutsch (B2).

Behind the Scenes
As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.
Asset Management: This involves developing the principles and guidelines required to handle the construction-related challenges that arise throughout the organisation.
Projects, cables, substations, and offshore: These divisions carry out all renovation and new build projects in our main areas of construction such as overhead power lines and cable traverses, substations, and switchgear, as well as offshore construction.
Grid operation: Here the status of our installations and structures is monitored, necessary actions are identified, and maintenance projects are initiated and implemented.
